Family death is the reason? How generous. The 58 families who buried their dead in 1998 got no such “humanitarian” holiday for the people who planned and planted those bombs.
And “everyone has given parole before” is not the flex you think it is. The earlier one was revoked during elections and quietly restored the moment an ally asked. Selective softness has a pattern. Apram edhukku tvk ? If they gonna act like typical political party ? Shame
TVK government-ku IUML keta udane 1998 Kovai blast-la 58 pera konna Al-Umma convicts-ku 60 days parole ready.
Aana Anojan-ku Saudi-la oru comment-ku death sentence nu sonnapo, same government-ku voice varala.
Ally ketaal terrorists-ku holiday, Hindu Tamil-ku silence.
Selective “humanity” peak-la iruku.
We voted u for a change @TVKVijayHQ

Bro again !
You called Hindu temple visits “blind faith” and celebrated making devotees suffer so they stop going.
You told Hindus to “stop this indoctrination” of their own kids with their gods.
You called saffron identity “regressive.”
But the moment a man is sentenced to death under Sharia for a Facebook comment, you suddenly grow a conscience and start screaming “don’t hold the entire faith guilty,” “only state power,” “selective propaganda,” “I’m tired of explaining the basics.”
You don’t have a principle. You have a target.
When it’s Hindu, you attack the faith itself.
When it’s Islam, you protect the faith and blame only the state.
That’s not atheism. That’s selective bootlicking with a PhD in the bio.
Apply your own standard or stop talking. The mask is already on the floor 🤡
Ah, so the rule is simple.
If it’s the religion you were born into → call it “blind faith,” tell people to stop teaching their kids, and celebrate making devotees suffer so they quit.
If it’s the other one → suddenly you’re a careful political scientist who only sees “state power,” warns against “collective guilt,” and calls everything else “pure propaganda.”
You critique Hinduism because you live among it.
You protect Islam because… reasons.
That’s not consistency. That’s selective courage with a PhD in the bio.
You can keep saying “final words.”
The double standard is still sitting right there. Everyone can see it.
Though this Bro, keep deflecting to out-of-scope argument because you cannot address the core contradiction I raised, this is my final response, even though I am tired of explaining the obvious.
I point out the contradiction in practicing the #Hindu faith through prescribed temple visits while simultaneously claiming that God is everywhere. When I told Hindus to "stop this indoctrination", I was explicitly addressing those who indoctrinate young children. Furthermore, the saffron identity I mentioned in reference to the current Union government led by the #BJP is indeed regressive. Pointing out regressive elements across traditions, including #Hinduism, #Christianity or #Islam, is a consistent position. Hinduism receives more of my critique simply because I was accidentally born into it and now live among those practices that faith! So, instead of getting distracted by my past criticisms, stick to the core point!
The core point: what I reject is assigning collective geopolitical guilt to all Muslims worldwide for the actions of an authoritarian Saudi state apparatus. Critiquing cultural practices in your daily environment is social discourse & holding an entire global population responsible for a foreign monarchy's judicial verdict is STILL A PURE PROPAGANDA.
Since this Bro has spent so much energy reading through my past posts critical of Hinduism rather than addressing the core argument raised, it is evident that he has nothing substantial to add. These are my final words on this!!!

Notice how the response immediately shifts to personal assumptions & false binaries when presented with basic political science. Based on this person's OP, I focus on one key issue: the failure to distinguish State power from religion.
The core logical failure I raised remains completely unaddressed. Every religion (whether Hinduism, Christianity, or Islam) contains historically regressive texts & harsh doctrines which have no place in the contemporary society we live in. Yet, largely, NO rational observer holds an ENTIRE FAITH COLLECTIVELY GUILTY when a state or group acts brutally in its name.
Saudi Arabia, as an authoritarian state, chooses to enforce a brutal penal framework to maintain political control. Under KSA's law of governance, the judiciary, executive & regulatory authorities are all subordinate to the King. Thus, ALL COURTS are an arm of state power, not an independent religious authority.
Now that the Supreme Court has set aside #AnojanSivarasa's death penalty, should we praise Islam for his release simply because Saudi Arabia is an Islamic state?
Conflating state-sanctioned judicial actions with all Islamic believers IS INDEED SELECTIVE PROPAGANDA born from a total failure to distinguish a state apparatus from personal faith. The absence of this fundamental understanding of nation-states is precisely why emotional, blanket hatred is so easily weaponised against an entire religion.
That's all. And I am tired explaining the basics!!!

You call temple visits “blind faith” and celebrate making Hindu devotees suffer so they stop believing.
But when a man is sentenced to death under Sharia for a deleted Facebook comment, criticising that suddenly becomes “weaponising” and “hatred against religions.”
Same mouth. Different standards.
Atheist only when it’s convenient. Your mask is slipping.
Thanking Saudi for not beheading someone is humanity. Pointing out the law that almost did it is not propaganda.
Onnu indha pakkam nillu, illa andha pakkam nillu.

I feel sorry for people who praise this post for having spine!!!
What happened to #Anojan in Saudi Arabia was brutal and unjust. But weaponising a court's state violence to attack Islam was pure propaganda.
Notice the shift: when the Saudi court handed down a death sentence, he blamed the entire Islamic faith. When that same court overturned it under diplomatic pressure, he thanked Saudi Arabia!!!
The problem was always authoritarian state laws, not ordinary believers. Demand justice from states, not hatred against religions. But who will hear...
P.S. I am an Atheist.

I have always been secular because I was born in a Muslim area and went to church during summer holidays. I follow Buddha’s principles and am a devotee of Lord Muruga.
If Anojan is going to be beheaded for a Facebook comment, Islam will be the first religion I’m going to be against! What a barbaric act! What about the Muslims who commented on Hindu gods?
#SaveAnojan
RIP Deva Appa! The music director of my first movie as the protagonist. Thanks for accepting to do it and for always being kind to me! You will be missed, legend. No words can describe my sorrow right now. 🙏🏼
One last tweet on this topic: if some ideology is responsible for someone’s death, the whole ideology is wrong — and not voicing out against it makes you equally wrong, a murderer, and a coward. Save my brother. #SaveAnojan
Cute try but There is no ‘them’—only the barbaric ideology. I’m not against people who follow Islam, but I’m against the barbaric ideology that is going to get my brother Anojan killed. Please raise your voice for #SaveAnojan and prove that your ideology is not barbaric. Should I be more clear?
