    ملت شریف و شجاع ایران، جمهوری اسلامی امروز دیگر آن رژیمی نیست که یک سال پیش بر ایران حکومت می‌کرد. این رژیم اکنون ضعیف‌تر از هر زمان دیگری است و رهبرِ مفقود و دیگر سرکردگان آن، بیش از هر چیز از قدرت ملت ایران هراس دارند؛ از یک خیزش سراسری و مؤثر که به عمر این رژیم شیطانی پایان دهد. این فرقه جنایتکار و سپاه پاسدارانِ تروریستِ آن، میهن عزیز ما را به جنگ کشانده و موجودیت ایران را به خطر انداخته‌اند. سلطه سپاه بر ارکان کشور و چپاول منابع ملی، عامل اصلی وخامت روزافزون وضعیت اقتصادی و امنیتی ایران است. این تبهکاران، نه نانی برای مردم باقی گذاشته‌اند، نه امنیتی و نه امیدی به آینده. آنها برای حفظ قدرت خود، حاضرند ایران و ایرانی را قربانی کنند. اما میهن زخم‌خورده و رنجور ما، دیگر تابِ تحملِ خسارت‌های بیشتر را ندارد. ما باید دست در دست هم بگذاریم و از هر فرصتی برای نجات ایران بهره ببریم. ما هم برای سرنگونی جمهوری اسلامی و هم برای اداره ایران پس از آن برنامه داریم؛ برنامه‌ای روشن با هدف حفظ امنیت و ثبات کشور در دوران گذار، تضمین آزادی‌های اساسی مردم و تامین نیازهای ضروری شهروندان. خطاب به نیروهای نظامی، انتظامی و امنیتی: به ملت بپیوندید و در روز آزادی ایران در کنار مردم بایستید تا امان‌نامه دریافت کنید. اما اگر هم‌چنان در کنار سرکوبگران بمانید و در جنایت علیه مردم مشارکت کنید، در برابر قانون و عدالت پاسخگو خواهید شد. من این بار، نه فقط از نیروهای نظامی و دولتی، بلکه از همه ایرانیان، از اقشار گوناگون، که از این رژیم به ستوه آمده‌اند و خواهان آینده‌ای آزاد و آباد برای ایران هستند، دعوت می‌کنم از طریق نشانی در تلگرام، مستقیماً با تیم من ارتباط برقرار کنند و همین امروز به کارزار همکاری ملی برای نجات ایران بپیوندند. ما آماده‌ایم تا بر جمهوری اسلامی پیروز شویم و آینده‌ای تازه برای ایران، منطقه و جهان رقم بزنیم. پاینده ایران، رضا پهلوی

    My brave fellow Iranians, The Islamic Republic is weaker and more fragmented than ever. It is not the same regime that ruled Iran a year ago. Its missing leader and senior officials are afraid of the Iranian people. They know that a nationwide uprising can bring their rule to an end. This criminal regime and its Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) have dragged our country into war and put Iran’s future at risk. The IRGC controls much of the country, steals its wealth, and is responsible for much of the economic crisis and insecurity we face today. They have left our people without enough food, without security, and without hope for the future. They are willing to destroy Iran to stay in power. Our country has already suffered too much. We cannot allow more destruction. We must stand together and do everything we can to save Iran. We have a clear plan to end the Islamic Republic and manage the country after it falls. Our plan will maintain security and stability, protect people’s basic freedoms, and make sure their essential needs are met. To those serving in the military, police, and security forces: stand with the people, not the regime. Join the nation when the time comes to free Iran. Those who do so will be guaranteed safety and protection from reprisals. But those who continue to support the regime and commit crimes against our people will face justice under the law.     نزدیک به نیم قرن است که ایرانیان آمریکا با نقش‌آفرینی در حوزه‌های تجارت، پزشکی، علم و آموزش، به پیشرفت و تقویت این کشور کمک کرده‌اند. امروز از هم‌میهنان ایرانی‌ام در آمریکا و از هر آمریکایی که برای آزادی، صلح، ثبات و امنیت اقتصادی ارزش قائل است، می‌خواهم در انتخابات ماه نوامبر، با حضور پای صندوق‌های رای صدای خود را به گوش برسانند و هنگام رای دادن، آزادی ایران را به عنوان یک موضوع اصلی مد نظر قرار دهند. زیرا ایران آزاد به سود همه است. به سود مردم ایران است، مردمی که شایسته‌اند با کرامت زندگی کنند، آزادانه سخن بگویند و رهبران خود را بی‌هراس انتخاب کنند. به سود جهان است، چرا که برای بیش از چهار دهه، جمهوری اسلامی شبه‌نظامیان را مسلح و تروریسم را تأمین مالی کرده و کشورهای همسایه را بی‌ثبات ساخته است. اقدامات این رژیم، جان انسانهای بی‌گناه بیشماری را گرفته و خشونت، هرج‌ومرج و ناامنی را در سراسر خاورمیانه، اروپا و فراتر از آن گسترش داده است. ایران آزاد همچنین به سود مردم آمریکا است. امروز، اخلال‌گریهای جمهوری اسلامی در تنگه هرمز، فشار اقتصادی را تا پمپ‌بنزین‌ها و فروشگاه‌های مواد غذایی آمریکا رسانده است. ایران آزاد به معنای مسیرهای کشتیرانی امن و باز، بازارهای انرژی باثبات‌تر و ملتی ۹۰ میلیونی است که به‌جای تهدید آمریکا، آماده تجارت و همکاری با آن خواهد بود. با رژیمی که رهبرانش شعار «مرگ بر آمریکا» سر می‌دهند، صلح و ثبات پایدار ممکن نیست. به همین دلیل، از شما می‌خواهم رای بدهید و خانواده و دوستان خود را نیز به این کار تشویق کنید. از هر نامزد، چه جمهوری‌خواه و چه دموکرات، بپرسید آیا درک می‌کند که مشکل، خودِ رژیم جمهوری اسلامی است. هنگام رای دادن، در نظر بگیرید که هر نامزد در کدام سو ایستاده است: در کنار مردم ایران یا در کنار سرکوبگران آنان. جمهوری اسلامی راه‌حل این بحران نیست، خود، ریشه بحران است. تنها راه‌حل پایدار، از بین بردن این ریشه، یعنی خودِ رژیم است. رضا پهلوی

    For nearly half a century, Iranian Americans have helped build and strengthen this country through their contributions to business, medicine, science, and education. Today, I call on my fellow Iranians in America, and on every American who values freedom, peace, stability, and economic security, to make your voices heard at the ballot box this November, and to consider the freedom of Iran as an important issue when casting your vote. Because a free Iran is better for everyone. It is better for the people of Iran, who deserve to live with dignity, speak freely, and choose their own leaders without fear. It is better for the world. For more than four decades, the Islamic Republic has armed militias, financed terrorism, and destabilized its neighbors. Its actions have claimed countless innocent lives and spread violence, chaos, and insecurity across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. And it is better for the American people. Today, the Islamic Republic’s disruption of the Strait of Hormuz is driving economic pressure all the way to American gas pumps and grocery stores. A free Iran means secure and open shipping lanes, more stable energy markets, and a nation of 90 million people ready to trade and cooperate with America instead of threatening it. There can be no lasting peace or stability with a regime whose leaders chant “Death to America.” That is why I urge you to vote and to encourage your family and friends to do the same. Ask every candidate, Republican or Democrat, whether they understand that the problem is the regime itself. As you cast your vote, consider where each candidate stands: with the Iranian people or with those who oppress them. The Islamic Republic is not the solution to the crisis. Given Belgium’s important role in Europe and NATO I look forward to our meeting to discuss the security threat from the Islamic Republic to Europe, Ukraine and the Middle East region. From terrorism on European soil, including the recent RAF Fairford Incident, to cybersecurity threats, providing drones to Russia in Ukraine, long-range ballistic missiles, and the nuclear weapons program, the Islamic Republic remains a serious state security threat to Europe and beyond. I will address these critical security challenges in my speech at the Academy.

    Yesterday's horrific attack on the King Khalid airport in Riyadh is the latest proof that the regime in Tehran will never seek peace. Since 1979, whether directly or through its proxies, it has waged war on the Kingdom and sought instability. I express my condolences to King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, and the people of Saudi Arabia at the lives lost in this terrorist attack. The Houthis and their campaign of chaos will end when Iran is free and the friendly relations between our two countries are restored.

    سقوط شتابان ریال یعنی بی‌ارزش شدن دستمزدها، حقوق‌ها و مستمری‌ها، آب شدن پس‌انداز مردم و گران‌تر شدن زندگی روزمره. تورم نزدیک به ۹۰ درصد، مالیات پنهانی است که رژیم از دارندگان ریال می‌گیرد و به جیب کسانی می‌ریزد که پول را چاپ می‌کنند و زودتر خرج می‌کنند. تورم مهار نمی‌شود، اما سیاست‌های شکست‌خورده‌ای مثل دلارپاشی تکرار می‌شوند که فقط ثروت خودی‌ها را زیاد می‌کنند. در چنین شرایطی که ریال به ریسک روزانه تبدیل شده، طبیعی است که مردم از آن فاصله بگیرند و به ارزهای باثبات روی بیاورند. دلاری‌شدن اقتصاد و نابودی پول ملی نتیجهٔ مستقیم بی‌ثباتی دائمی، چاپ پول، فساد گسترده و سیاست‌های نابخردانهٔ این رژیم است. تا وقتی این ساختار سر کار است، اصلاح ممکن نیست و سقوط ادامه دارد.

    I commend the October 5 joint statement by the United States, Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, and Trinidad and Tobago. Their collective denunciation of the Islamic Republic directly exposes the criminal regime's global lawlessness, including its terrorist plotting, illicit fundraising, political interference, and active threats to the security of the Western Hemisphere. We have long warned that the regime’s presence in South and Central America, under the guise of commerce, is merely a cover for collaborating with drug cartels, money laundering operations, and terrorist networks. This declaration proves that governments across the Americas, particularly new administrations across South America, recognize this severe threat. This is underscored by the recent, bold decisions by Colombia and Peru to sever diplomatic ties with the outlaw regime in Tehran. With gratitude to these ten nations, particularly Colombia and Peru, I welcome closer cooperation between their governments and the Iranian people in their struggle for freedom.     جشن مهرگان، جشن مهر و روشنایی و یادگار کهن نیاکان ما، با پیروزی فریدون بر ضحاک و چیرگی نیکی بر بدی پیوند خورده است. در روزگار ضحاک، خِرَد و هنر خوار می‌شود و جادو و نیرنگ ارج می‌یابد، دست دیوان به بدی دراز می‌شود و مغز جوانان، خوراک ماران ضحاک می‌گردد. تصویری از تاریکی و بیدادی که امروز در سیمای پلید جمهوری اسلامی نیز نمایان است. در شاهنامه، ضحاک کشته نمی‌شود، بلکه در دماوندکوه به بند کشیده می‌شود. اما در روزگار ما، ضحاک زمانه، علی خامنه‌ای، سرانجام به زیر خاک کشیده شد. این نخستین جشن مهرگان پس از هلاکت اوست که در دی‌ماه، ده‌ها هزار فرزند دلیر ایران را از ما گرفت. امسال، مهرگان را به یاد جاویدنامانی گرامی می‌داریم که در نبرد با ضحاک، جان خود را فدای ایران کردند، و در پاسداشت فرهنگ و هویت ملی ما که در سخت‌ترین روزهای تاریخ ایران، چراغ امید را روشن نگه داشته و نویدبخش پیروزی نور بر تاریکی بوده است. از همه هم‌میهنان می‌خواهم در این آیین ملی، به دیدار خانواده‌های جاویدنامان میهن بروند و مهر، همدلی و قدردانی ملت را به آنان نشان دهند، خانواده‌هایی که عزیزترین‌های خود را در راه آزادی ایران از دست داده‌اند و یاد فرزندان‌شان، مشعل درخشان فردای ایران است. پاینده ایران رضا پهلوی
