@melhamriti: 👇Automatic PVC/VT ECG Analysis: Easy-PVC-Pro Prototype is ready👇
👉 After countless hours of development, testing, failure, improvement — and more than 500 iterations — I have finally reached a major milestone: Easy-PVC-Pro: an automated algorithm for PVC/VT ECG analysis and localization ❤️❤️
👉 From the concept to the final code, I developed and programmed it entirely myself.
👉 What makes it different?
🔹 No AI. No black box. A human-made, rule-based algorithm.
🔹 No cloud or internet required. It runs locally, keeping patient data local.
🔹 Flexible integration. Laptop, smartphone, EP recording system or 3D mapping system.
🔹 Fully transparent. It shows the ECG annotations behind the result, allowing physicians to verify the analysis.
After testing it on 100+ ECGs, the next step is multicenter validation.
👉 Why does PVC localization matter?
• It can provide clues to underlying cardiomyopathies vs. idiopathic PVCs.
• Ablation recommendations still depend partly on PVC/VT origin.
• It helps plan the mapping strategy and access route.
• It supports patient counseling and risk assessment — e.g. para-Hisian PVCs and the risk of AV block.
❤️The idea is simple: Making ECG easier without AI. No black box. Just ECG logic❤️
