Sometimes the best way to understand the mindset of a student is to put on a headset and be a student. Today @qmsstars we conducted Part 2 of our TELPAS PD as we continued to dive deep into TELPAS specifics.

In today’s training, our teachers are experiencing the online practice exam for the listening/speaking portion of TELPAS. Our training is to share what our students must be able to do during TELPAS so we can prepare them in the classroom. @TeamDallasISD @dallasschools

Today @QMSSTARS our faculty was trained on the purpose of TELPAS and its implications on the future of our emerging bilingual students.

Thank you to all our wonderful parents and students who braved the cold weather for Parent Conference Night. Your support for our students is greatly appreciated and welcomed. @dallasschools @TeamDallasISD @DallasisdSTEM

Great PD collaboration yesterday as we @QMSSTARS reflected and unpacked the importance of rigorous questioning within instruction to allow students to enhance and express their level of thinking and comprehension.
