“You cannot really argue with the bond market.” @AndreasSteno says the AI build-out needs the bond market’s money, but the bond market doesn’t trust it yet. When Anthropic asks for more compute, Amazon and Alphabet have to build it, and that takes capital. So the Mag 7’s real job this week is convincing lenders. You cannot call them wrong and still get funded.

What if the AI price crash the bears are waiting for has already happened? @AndreasSteno argues the price of a token is down about 95% in two years once you account for how much better the models are.  You pay roughly the same, but you get far more, the same way inflation stats measure an iPhone.
