    Today’s episode of “ you can’t make this up” In NYC the DAs provide “ Crimmigration” training to help non citizens avoid a deportation charge . @QueensDAKatz sent an email to a NYPD detective and advised him that the deal was “ Immigration Safe”…. Two sets of justice in NYC one for citizens and another for Non citizens and absolutely nothing for the VICTIMS. @ICEgov @DHSgov @USCongress_ needs to act now and stop this madness. @Phase2Deport

    🫖🫖 Morning Tea🫖🫖 Today I will be on @NEWSMAX talking about the two tier justice system in America. Between July 2018 and June of this year, ICE issued 20,255 detainers to the NYPD, none of which were honored, not one. City Corrections ignored an additional 2,852. Having previously run enforcement in New York City, I know that each detainer represented a criminal alien already in custody. Because these requests were ignored, individuals were released, requiring our officers to locate and apprehend them in the community. Almost 24k people released. Additionally, a recent House Judiciary report highlights how local prosecutors worked to prevent deportations by pleading cases down to non-deportable offenses. This included intentionally omitting key details such as weapon involvement, domestic relationships, or a victim's age from the official record. In one instance from Queens, a prosecutor explicitly arranged a plea deal noted as "immigration safe." Non-citizen defendants received favorable treatment that citizen defendants were not offered, effectively operating a defense system within the District Attorney's office under the label of sanctuary policy. @ManhattanDA @BronxDAClark @QueensDAKatz and others , Tic Tock…..

    Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing. California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election. Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct? California: That’s absolutely correct.

    NEW: Multiple federal law enforcement sources tell @FoxNews that the man who was shot and killed by an off-duty FBI agent in Chicago last night was a Venezuelan illegal alien who was seen shooting into a homeless encampment. Per sources, the FBI agent was driving alone when he saw 27-year-old OSCAR D. CORRALES shooting at people in the encampment, and the agent stopped and shot CORRALES, killing him. Fox is told CORRALES was previously caught and released at the southern border by the Biden administration in October 2023, and he has a previous arrest in California in which he was released from custody with an ICE detainer ignored.

    I’ve written before on several cases which could be found in my threads about activists and politicians “ framing” kidnappings to cause “ shock and awe” . Well today a reporter saw my previous comments and reach out after the woman from California who claimed to be “ Kidnapped” pleaded guilty. My quote : Calderón was never kidnapped. She was hiding in Bakersfield, calling people with her caller ID blocked to sell them a story about masked agents and a warehouse full of detainees. She knew the media was running it as fact and let activists stand at a podium demanding ICE 'release' a woman ICE never had. Then she staged her own release, changed her appearance so it looked like she'd been mistreated in custody, had it photographed, and lined up a witness for a lawsuit against Border Patrol. HSI agents spent days searching for her while she kept her phone off. ICE officers are being doxxed and shot at, and lies like this make it worse. She should get every day of the five years, and ICE should be waiting at the door when she walks out. Every activist and reporter who ran with her story owes those officers an apology."     Hahahahaha, this is decades old already . NYC gave the Blueprint to Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston , etc. NYC DAs work tirelessly to assist foreign born people. Judges across the city know the immigration implications and work hard for the criminal not for the victims

    I know what a detainer is, and I know what it isn’t. So one detail in the House Judiciary Committee’s new report on Fairfax County, Virginia, stopped me cold. A detainer is not a raid. It is a request. ICE tells a jail it has probable cause that someone in custody is removable. It asks for notice before release, or a hold of up to 48 hours, so officers can take the person into custody inside a secure facility instead of looking for him on a street. Fairfax Sheriff Stacey Kincaid’s policy bars deputies from holding anyone on a detainer and demands a judicial warrant. Deportation is a civil process. A state criminal judge does not issue civil removal warrants. Whatever the intent, that is a condition almost nobody can meet. Argue about holds A phone call is different. Telling ICE a release date seizes no one, holds no one and keeps nobody in a cell one minute past thier release time. There is no Fourth Amendment question in handing a federal agency information the jail already has. According to the committee, the sheriff’s office confirmed to staff that it does not give ICE that notice, even though the report says Virginia law authorizes cooperation with detainers. The county isn’t just declining to hold a man. It is declining to talk to the federal government. The numbers are not small. The sheriff’s office gave the committee figures showing it declined at least 1,670 ICE detainers from 2023 through 2025. ICE data given to the committee shows sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide declined at least 41,085 between October 2022 and early 202The committee says the real count is likely higher, because ICE often learns a detainer was ignored only when it runs into the person again. Then there are the names. In October 2025, a Guatemalan national was arrested on child pornography charges. The sheriff’s office released him four days after ICE lodged a detainer. In December 2025, Marvin Morales-Ortez of El Salvador was released from the Fairfax jail after the prosecutor’s office dropped the charges against him. Former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares told House members ICE had an active detainer on him. The next day he was charged with murder in Reston. The sheriff told the committee she has no say in prosecutions and blamed the dismissal. Fine. Then notification was the last safeguard left, and her office doesn’t do it. Had it been the practice, ICE would have known the hour he was walking out. The sheriff wrote that the system must work as a whole. She is right. ICE is part of that system, and her office has shut ICE out of it. Twenty years ago, a sheriff who told ICE he wouldn’t even pick up the phone would have been rolled over in a week. Now it’s called policy. Virginia’s leaders should change it, and Congress should make notification a condition of federal law enforcement money. @fairfaxsheriff Do better for the citizens of Fairfax County

Five arrests so far. You can read all you want but “5” isn’t the number. Kansas: Simon Flores-Torres, here illegally, took a dead man's identity. $217,175 in Social Security, Medicaid and SNAP. Sentenced to 24 months. Worcester, MA: indicted for about $162,000 in MassHealth billed to a citizen's name. Dorchester, MA: charged with more than $11,000 in SNAP on a citizen's identity since 2021. The victim says it damaged their credit. Three states. Same playbook. Take a real American's identity and live on it for years, decades and this isn’t just about Illegals , it’s about Legal Immigrants who were granted the privilege to live here lawfully that were perpetrating the theft !
