RT @BenjamineYLiu: Today we’re announcing the $600M Formation Bio Drug Development Accelerator Fund. @lintaho and I started @FormationBio because we believed the biggest bottleneck in bringing new medicines to patients wasn’t drug discovery, but drug development. As AI dramatically accelerates discovery, that bottleneck is only becoming more acute. Without the capital and capacity to advance promising drugs through clinical trials, much of that progress won’t translate into medicines for patients. Our new Fund brings together dedicated capital, drug development expertise, and AI-powered development capabilities to acquire promising drugs and advance them through the clinic.

RT @Alfred_Lin: AI is helping find promising new drugs faster than ever. The next challenge is making sure those drugs reach patients, and that depends on clinical development keeping pace. That’s the problem @BenjamineYLiu and @lintaho set out to solve when they started TrialSpark in 2016, now @formationbio. They saw that even high-potential compounds spent much of their time stuck in slow trials. Since then they’ve built the team and AI-driven infra to run trials faster. Their new $600M fund will let Formation acquire and develop more clinical-stage drugs, so more of today’s discovery progress becomes medicines for patients. Congrats to the team.

RT @Konstantine: How a founder can explain their ARR: (without accidentally being a crook 🙂) When I got into venture, ARR meant one thing. Today, it can mean at least four different things depending on who I’m talking to. Originally, it meant “Annual Recurring Revenue.” A customer signed a contract for a year and paid for the year upfront. By default, it renewed. Then the definition started to loosen. First came "Annualized Recurring Revenue." A company bills quarterly and multiplies by 4. Then came “Annualized Run Rate”. The last quarter gets multiplied by 4, even if some of it was one-time work or services. And lately, I've seen “Annualized Run Rate” used for last month times 12. Most investors are fine with any of these. They just want to know which they’re looking at. There's no ambiguity when a founder opens with “this is our last month times 12.” Same when a founder says, "we have $X of annual recurring revenue, and these are 12-month contracts." The problem is when "ARR" means one thing to the founder and something completely different to the investor. Nobody has to be trying to mislead anyone for that to happen. With so many definitions floating around, the easiest thing to do is just define it clearly.

RT @LucianaLix: The ratio that broke wealth management: 80% of an advisor's time on admin, 20% with clients. @neviswealth is putting that back the right way round. Proud to keep partnering with @MarkSwan_ , Philipp and @chalov_ivan after backing them at inception.
    Mark Swan @MarkSwan_
We've raised a $70,000,000 Series B, led by @eqtventures, bringing our total funding to $110 million in just two years. At @neviswealth we believe financial advice will always be human-led. But advisors spend far too much time on administrative work, held back by outdated and fragmented technology. Nevis brings CRM, meeting intelligence, financial planning and custodial workflows into one AI platform. Our agents execute work end-to-end, enabling advisors to serve more clients, deliver more services and grow faster. The past 12 months have been extraordinary: - Revenue has grown more than 25x. - We've partnered with 10+ leading RIAs, including Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital and United Capital. - Assets on Nevis have grown from $50B to over $700B, adding $50B every month. - Our AI agents have completed over 100,000 operational tasks. Advisors using Nevis are already reclaiming up to 10 hours a week and taking 30% more prospect meetings. Our ambition is to make every financial advisor a super advisor, equipped to serve more clients, deliver more personalized advice and build businesses at an entirely new scale. This funding will allow us to grow our team, accelerate product development and build new products across the wealth management technology stack. I'm also excited to welcome two new investors, @CharlesSchwab and Quantum Light. Schwab's strategic investment will deepen our partnership and unlock more AI-powered workflows for the 16,000+ independent RIAs they serve. QuantumLight is the venture capital firm founded by Revolut founder and CEO Nik Storonsky. Every one of our existing investors, including @sequoia , @ICONIQCapital and @RibbitCapital, has also doubled down. To our customers, investors and above all our team, thank you for your trust, ambition and relentless execution. We're building the foundational AI platform for wealth management. And we're just getting started. Read more here:

RT @jalehr: Today we're launching the new standard for how to sell with AI, built with 10 of the most-followed voices in enterprise sales. For 30 years, we've perfected how sellers run a deal. We have MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message. Sales leaders spend months turning them into sales process docs with exit criteria, qualification rules, and forecasting guidance, then ship them to the field. But nobody shows reps what to put in front of the buyer to win. Aside from a generic pitch deck, everything else is left to interpretation. No templates. No examples. No standard. So the top 1% of reps build their own: tailored first-call deck, champion enablement doc, mutual action plan. Everyone else guesses. AI has turned this gap into a crisis by giving every seller the power to create content for buyers without knowing what good looks like. The end result: buyers are drowning in polished but ineffective content, and they're tuning out. So we built the missing half. We teamed up with 10 of the sharpest minds in enterprise sales to map what the top 1% do at the ten moments that matter most, and how AI is changing each one. Introducing the 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲: @KnuthJen23597 on building the account POV behind $50M+ closed with C-level buyers @kylecnorton on building the best outbound and cold call strategy we've ever seen @aprildunford on the first-call pitch she's built for 200+ companies @Chris_Orlob on the demo lessons from thousands of recorded calls @NNasrall on the business case that lets your champion close the deal without you @samfjacobs on how to connect with execs and pitch the Economic Buyer Rippling's Ricky Peca on the deal room that helped him hit 300% of quota @JamesKaikis on scoping pilots that align teams and convert @NickCeg on the seven-figure pricing proposal a CFO will actually read @RomeenSheth and @travisjgood on the AI security playbook that answers 90% of buyer questions Every moment comes with their playbook, where reps go wrong, how to avoid AI slop, and ready-to-use templates. Who it's for: reps selling AI products, sales leaders chasing a higher win rate, and the enablement and product marketing teams who equip them. Grab all ten templates, with the expert breakdown behind each: P.S. Mutiny's sales assistant is trained on these templates and sales frameworks. Join the early preview for free on our homepage.

RT @OpenEvidence: Over 85% of oncologists at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center use OpenEvidence. Together, @MSKCancerCenter and OpenEvidence have built OncoKB, MSK’s expert interpretation of a tumor’s genetics, directly into OpenEvidence, putting it in the hands of oncologists across the United States. As Dr. Anaeze Offodile puts it: “Our mission is to end cancer for life.” As of today, we are widening OncoKB’s reach so that patients everywhere benefit from the same rigor as patients at MSK. Watch the story.
