    Freezing the AITC name and symbol - after a blatantly unconstitutional hijack by the BJP - is CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s late night birthday gift to Modi ji. Those who fought against the BJP, under Mamata Banerjee’s leadership, are now being given the red carpet to rebel against her and commit the unconstitutional sin of defection with the ECI’s help. The ECI has one again proven that it is nothing more than a puppet in the hands of the BJP - a tool to destroy democracy bit by bit. They did it in the case of Shiv Sena, NCP, and now AITC - whoever opposes the BJP is dealt a fatal blow and their entire electoral existence is snatched away from them. We condemn this move, and demand that the ECI immediately restore the two leaves symbol to Mamata Banerjee ji.

Change the 2023 Act that removed the CJI from the 3 member panel that elect's the EC & replaced him with a Cabinet Minister which gave Hon'ble Prime Minister the absolute power to choose the CRC of his choice, 2. the same act gave blanket immunity to the EC - he can't be investigated, which surely is such a coordinated plan, 3.     As a common citizen of India, we are bound to feel that our Country's morals are being pulled down the drains into the gutter... !! You took NCP away from @PawarSpeaks - Shivsena away from @ShivSenaUBT_ & now the path is being paved for @AITCofficial being taken away from @MamataOfficial !! The constitution makers did not envisage the politics of our country stopping so low & hence there is so much hatred against politicians ! In a film, when you want a bad filthy guy who is capable of committing every immoral act or crime of any nature , make him a politician & his character will become believable #Shame a simple rule could have saved this - 'if you leave the party for whom you have won your Parliamentary or Assembly seat, your get disqualified automatically, as a MP or MLA.
