RT @nathanmhansen: This is awkward @rochelleolson. The Star Tribune has covered up for Ilhan Omar for years (and Walz and Klobochar).
But because of the new NYTimes partnership, you republish their stories, like this one that disagrees with the Stribs narrative.

Ilhan Omar's first husband characterized this guy (allegedly Ilhan's brother) as extremely effeminate and a gay man who wore short booty shorts and a cowboy hat.

Did I miss something? Alaskan Democrats put a guy on the ballot named Dan Sullivan, who has almost the same name as Dan Sullivan, the Republican candidate, just to draw votes off from the GOP. Dems think that is legal and ok. Did I miss something?

Am I missing something, or did James O'Keefe and Cam Higby blatantly tried to commit voter fraud in MN, got caught, and are freaking out because election integrity worked as it should?
Doing illegal shit in the name of jOuRnAlIsM doesn't make it less illegal.

If the state of Minnesota pays a 20-year old to go into a bar and claim he is 21 and try to order a beer, with no intent to actually drink the beer, is that a criminal offense, or is that trying to uncover crime?

This is the part that is escaping you: no application was ever submitted. There is no evidence of O'Keefe and Higby providing drivers license or SSN numbers. I filled in random values on some incomplete paperwork that was never submitted. There is no crime here. Higby and O'Keefe stopped at the same exact point that I stopped.
I don't know what point O'Keefe and Higby were trying to make, and I do not care.

Just like a government agent who is 20 and is paid by the state to try to order a beer at a bar to test the system. No intent to actually drink the beer, which would be illegal. Intent is to test legality. @JamesOKeefeIII@camhigby
@TheRealGOP What about the "sting" efforts to find child predators online? If I catch a pervert by claiming to be 15-year-old Suzy will Hennepin County set him free and put me in jail?

@TheRealGOP So by your logic, if I rob a bank but get caught before I touch any money, can I just say “oh wait, I never actually INTENDED to rob the bank, I just wanted to show it could be done”

Starting a corporation that makes money is incredibly hard. If anyone disagrees, go read Shoe Dog about Phil Knight and how he set up NIKE. It's hard and most businesses fail, and the ones that make it get rich because they deliver value to the customer.
Bernie Sanders liked the USSR. He was so lazy in a commune he joined that they made him leave. He adds zero value. He is just another member of the parasite class that adds no value and feeds off the producers.

@TheRealGOP All these people got wealthy by delivering incredible value to customers. We should make it easier for entrepreneurs to do this. A socialist like Sanders can't comprehend that.

Kurt Schlichter has a good essay today on how, if there is a "blue wave" we on the GOP side don't need to be too upset. Here is why, summarized:
Obviously there is a scenario (about 30% chance) that the GOP retains the House and Senate. If that happens we obviously don't need to worry.
If Dems win the House, that means Hakeem Jeffries is the speaker and he will have to "heard cats" (imagine him trying to unify the more corporate Dems with the commie Dems to pass any legislation). And what would they pass? Trump already got the legislation he wanted with the BBB, tax cuts and ICE funding for the foreseeable future. And the GOP would still have the Senate, so any new legislation would not pass unless the GOP-majority Senate agreed with it.
If the Dems take both the House and Senate, they could pass legislation but Trump would still be able to veto anything they send over. In such a scenario, the "neo-Marxist" Congress would pass all kinds of crazy legislation and Trump would just veto it. Leftists would be frustrated that the Congress "doesn't do anything."
In the meantime, the Republicans in Congress would highlight their opposition to the Dem majorities. The GOP seems to do better politically and be more popular when out of the majority. They could talk about the things they would pass, if not for Dem obstruction (the Dems do this today, talking about how they would bring us an affordable country with multiculturalist utopia if now for the evil GOP).
Trump in this case would have a new nemesis - the leftist Congress, which he loves.
In 1982 Reagan lost the House to the Dems. In 1983 and 1984 the economy boomed and Reagan in 1984 won 49 states.
But impeachment, you say? Dems could do that with a blue Congress. But where would it get them? The GOP sent an impeachment over against Mayorkas (the leftist Homeland Security head) and the Dems threw it into the trash. "Impeachment is a losers game," as Schlichter puts it.
He says, the real threat would be if the Dems controlled the presidency, House, and Senate. Then they could pass Medicare for All, open borders, and packing the court. But that is 2028, not today.
I am just curious where a leftist goes to the left after hitting the last level of: trans, Satanist, cross-dressing witch? What is the next level to unlock? Is there one?

Correct. Intent is critical here. There was no intent to vote. The intent was journalistic and to uncover problems in the system.
