Introducing PFMS: Bringing Government Scale Adoption to Cardano by Trivolve Tech A Treasury proposal which brings massive scale real world adoption to @Cardano with its first user being an Indian state government. Police Force Management System (PFMS) will bring massive government scale adoption to Cardano. Here’s what this means for Cardano: → 1.53M+ transactions on Cardano Mainnet in the first year, growing year over year with adoption. → Improves the overall Cardano Mainnet transaction count by 18.2%. → Generates revenue through PFMS’s evidence verification service. The tech behind PFMS 🛠️ Every record flows through six engines. → The Source Engine defines the structure for each record across all five stages. → The Capture Engine fingerprints each record the moment it’s written. It’s store-and-forward resilient, so even an outage never breaks the chain. → The Identity Engine binds it to the device’s DID and the officer on duty. → The Stamping Engine seals each batch into a Merkle root. → The Commit Engine writes it to Cardano mainnet. → The Verification Engine checks any record against Cardano in moments. Each of the 5 stages of the chain of evidence adds its own modules on top of each engine.

Conclusion PFMS doesn’t just bring millions of transactions and revenue to Cardano. It puts Cardano underneath one of the most consequential systems a government runs. If evidence is altered, an innocent person can lose their freedom. If genuine evidence can’t be proven, a victim is denied justice. PFMS gives every person an equal opportunity to prove the truth, regardless of wealth, power, or influence. This is real adoption. Today no blockchain has a state-scale criminal justice deployment. After PFMS, Cardano does. The next government won’t see a prototype; it’ll see a live system, opening the path for India’s other 35 states and beyond.
