    From what I recall - We worked out how much this Commission for Public Engagement would cost to run on the back of an envelope, and realised the whole thing would likely pay for itself if it sped up the delivery of just one major project a year by two or three weeks...

    This brilliant reporting, and our work on the living conditions in some PDR homes was one of the most striking things I worked on at @theTCPA. People don't realise how absolutely vast the problem is, or how slums are hiding in plain sight, especially in the South East.
