    RT @TheMiamiApe: I joined BAYC back in May 2021, not knowing just how much of an impact it would have on my life. Through good and bad times, the community has always been there. It’s been a few years now since, for personal reasons, I had to part ways with my OG Miami Ape PFP, and it truly hasn’t felt complete since. Fast forward to 2025, I met @AdamWeitsman for the first time IRL, and it wasn’t until 2026 that we became really good friends, even though we’ve only met in person a few times. I believe in what Adam is building because he has always been genuine in this crazy world of Web3 and has never tried to extract from the space. Working closely with him over the last few months has only made me believe in that even more. I've seen firsthand how he treats people, how much he cares, and all the people he constantly helps along the way in and out of our space. This morning, I woke up and found an Ape in my wallet with a short DM from Adam saying, “Thank you for all you have done for the community. Thought it was time to have your PFP back to where your heart has always been.” I genuinely have no words. Still in shock! Feeling so grateful and happyy!!! 🙏❤️

But all of the listings are cleared - ApeSTR effectively thinks it owns 0 apes - so nothing can be purchased. So to you purists saying this is a deflationary event - it kind of is? There are net-new 21 apes that can never be purchased, but which 21 those are can change from day to day.
