Tyler Robinson told his family he did NOT kill Charlie Kirk, but he was nervous for his safety. The media portrayed it as though he told his family that he DID do it. But if that were accurate, the prosecution would have called his parents as witnesses. End of discussion.

neither the prosecution nor the defense has received the FBI’s evidence on the ballistics and the DNA. yet they used that unseen evidence to rule for a trial …?🤔

if the claims against Jared Kushner were actually false, he’d be threatening lawsuits. instead, he’s posting articles from the Jerusalem Post about how the information is “lacking evidence” 😂😂😂😂😂😂

RT @billiewebbb: @jamesfishback thanks for paying attention more than the average person. As somebody who has attended MOST of Tyler Robinson’s hearings and met multiple people who know him.. I’m positive he didn’t do it. the “evidence” is so laughably wonky

RT @jamesfishback: Charlie Kirk was an American hero who believed in questioning everything. His tragic murder should be no exception. The same people at the FBI who say “Epstein had no client list” and “Epstein killed himself” demand that we shut up and stop asking questions about Charlie’s murder. We won’t.

RT @SteveBakerUSA: Please keep sharing this video widely. Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc. @accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. (Original thread linked in first comment, with our longer "explainer" video.) ⬇️

Jared Kushner sent over $80M to a HITMAN. that’s a lot of money. I wonder if the hit was done in a public setting. I wonder if the victim was a well-known political figure.

RT @DiligentDenizen: PROSECUTION in Tyler Robinson's case ADMITS the FBI AND ATF REFUSE TO TURN OVER ballistics EVIDENCE for independent testing. 👀 That seems like a BIG PROBLEM in the highest profile assassination of this century. They STILL have Tyler's phone too. Why? 🤔

I am not even exaggerating when I tell you that Erika Kirk’s lawyer, Jeffrey Nieman, nearly word-for-word quoted Andrew Kolvet’s tweet from last night when giving his argument for a speedy trial. 😂😂😂😂 I couldn’t believe it.
    Andrew Kolvet @AndrewKolvet
Tyler Robinson’s defense is now pushing for a trial to start in the 3rd quarter of 2029, a full 4 years after Charlie was murdered. 1. This is absurd on its face. 2. It seems like the defense’s strategy is to delay, delay, delay. If they were confident in their case, or believed their client was innocent, they would push for a speedy trial. Why let your client be locked in a prison cell for 4 years if you felt he was innocent? 3. Charlie’s children, who were 3 and 1 when he was murdered would be 7 and 5 by the time a verdict is handed down according to this timeline. 4. The state already presented an avalanche of evidence, and it wasn’t even all they have. The state says they would be ready to go in the second half of 2027. This already feels like an eternity, so why not push the defense to meet this minimum threshold? 5. Utah taxpayers have spent over $1.6 million to date on this case, a figure that will balloon to potentially $10 million, maybe more. And the longer this drags out, the bigger the bill. This process genuinely feels like a slow motion, never ending horror. We want a fair trial, and our system demands it, but the process should also be fair to the victims who have to wait so long for justice and closure.

RT @imaginerevolt: I have secured my spot for the pretrial conference for Tyler Robinson. 3rd in line after @DiligentDenizen and @billiewebbb. These two have been iconic. On the ground. Doing the hard work of citizen journalism. Agree with them or not, they are putting the hours in and are serious about their points of view.

RT @DiligentDenizen: There are 27 OPEN SPOTS at the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing because Erika Kirk isn't coming with her influencers. That means if you're in Utah and get here before it fills up or noon you can come observe the hearing. I'd rather citizens fill it up instead of media. 🫡

third person in line! SkiSki in the house!! Diligent stepped away for a few moments, so it was just @imaginerevolt (SkiSki) and me… and then a homeless dude walked up and asked if he could hang out with us. We asked the guy if he was here for the hearing- he had no clue what we were talking about. He started talking about how he time traveled here. We THEN asked him if he knew who Charlie Kirk was, the answer was no. He DID know about the JFK conspiracy theory, so we tried to explain that this is a similar situation. He responded, “No it can’t be similar because that guy was president”
