@cohler: PRAYERS FOR MY GRANDSON
I pray that you will not grow up in a world filled with THE BIG LIES that have brainwashed virtually every human being on the planet today.
I pray that you grow up in an era of TRUTH and BEAUTY.
I pray that the TRUTH I am working hard to reveal and the LIES I am working hard to expose will become widely understood and begin to cleanse the HUMAN collective SOUL from what Desmet rightly named “mass formation psychosis,” a spiritual rot so pervasive and complete that it can only emanate from the DEVIL himself.
I pray that those who know the TRUTH will stop softening it, hedging it, and half-conceding it to flatter the crowd. Truth bent to persuade is already a LIE.
I pray that you will inherit a SCIENCE that again serves TRUTH, not power. A science where observation outranks consensus. Where a single contradicting measurement topples a thousand models.
I pray that you will know the difference between what is REAL and what is not. That you will never mistake a model's output for a fact about the world.
I pray that you will grow up free to SPEAK, free to QUESTION, free to DISSENT. That no algorithm, no bureaucrat, no mob will punish you for using your own mind.
I pray that you will encounter TEACHERS who sharpen your judgment rather than install their conclusions.
I pray that you will love MUSIC, LITERATURE, and the great works of the human spirit. That BEAUTY will be ordinary in your life, not rare.
I pray that you will know what a FAMILY is. That you will grow up surrounded by people who love you without conditions and tell you the truth without flinching.
I pray that you will be COURAGEOUS. That when the crowd screams one thing and your conscience says another, you will trust your conscience.
I pray that you will meet FRIENDS who argue with you honestly, who sharpen you, who stand beside you when it costs them something.
I pray that you will see through FLATTERY and resist the comfort of agreeing with power.
I pray that you will grow up in a world where WORDS mean what they mean. Where MATH is venerated for its purity, its eternal and absolute nature, and never again twisted into Orwell's 2+2=5.
I pray that you will know GOD, and that you will not confuse the state, the expert, or the machine for a higher power.
I pray that you will inherit an ECONOMY that rewards honest work and an institution of LAW that protects the weak from the strong.
I pray that MEDICINE in your lifetime will heal rather than manage, cure rather than prescribe, and treat each patient as a person rather than a data point.
I pray that your GENERATION will rediscover the lost art of SILENCE, of reading a book cover to cover, of sitting with a hard question until an honest answer forms.
I pray that you will walk often in NATURE, know the names of the trees and the birds around you, and feel at home in the physical world that no screen can replace.
I pray that the HISTORY you are taught will be true. That the heroes will be real, the crimes will be named, and the lessons will be learned rather than erased.
I pray that you will inherit a CULTURE that still believes in GREATNESS. That excellence will be celebrated, mediocrity named, and the long apprenticeship to mastery honored again.
I pray that the generation now in power will have the humility to ADMIT WHAT WE BROKE, and the resolve to repair it before we hand it to you.
I pray that you will laugh often, work hard, love deeply, and die old, surrounded by people who were made better by having known you.
