I heard the sad news that @MTV shut down all continuous 24 music video stations after 44 years. SO I took initiative to create MTV REWIND I'll be constructing a massive playlist of custom youtube links to music videos for this player. Happy New Years all🎆 Nostalgia lives!

The galaxy can all change in a blink of an eye. 👁️

RT @flexasaurusrex: Digital art was supposed to end patronage. No dealers, no gatekeepers, royalties forever. Five years later, a handful of wallets decide what matters. This has happened before. It always happens the same way. The Vacuum Fills, a narrated history of art and power: (cont.)......

Some of the first documents ever printed with movable type were "indulgences", sold to fund a war. Printing made salvation scalable. Sixty years later, indulgences were paying for St. Peter's, and Luther split the church. Watch the paper, not the paint.

Open rails are not an open market. The question was always the same one: who is paying, and what do they get for it?

GM They see my flex 💪 but they don’t see the hustle.

RT @flexasaurusrex: Made a chrome extension because my tabs are a war crime lol Tab Bouncer: set a limit (5 by default) and when a new tab shows up the oldest one gets escorted out. pinned tabs are VIPs, the tab you're on is safe, and there's a "clear the club" button for when you're already at 87 tabs........ free, collects zero data, takes a minute to install sorry new tabs- you're not on the list ❌

GN Everything happens for a reason.

RT @flexasaurusrex: "This isn’t a venture-backed nostalgia startup trying to monetize your childhood. It’s a digital love letter to an era when music television actually meant something."

RT @flexasaurusrex: We are cooking 🧑‍🍳 W/the @cycol_gallery

Proudly coming to @cycol_gallery, the first brick and mortar spot to host MTV Rewind. @flexasaurusrex and I have some plans.

RT @flexasaurusrex: Need a dino dev? CALL 1-800-FLEXCO NOW. Operators are standing by!

RT @flexasaurusrex: You heard RIGHT! Open enrollment is now active for minting on Rodeo Redux! As we were testing and iterating we were only allowing posting with a previous Rodeo account..... but that changes NOW! Welcome artists to the Rodeo Redux!

RT @schmrypto: Physical set-up is finished! Time to projection map that monster in the corner!

For everyone in Marfa in solidarity with the fact I couldn't make it this year I want you to promise you won't make friends with any other dinosaurs this year. We are best friends, ok? Forget those other dinos.
