Charlie’s vision for Turning Point Action was always bigger than one election. He wanted a permanent, year-round operation with the people, relationships, and resources to compete in every cycle. He knew there would be victories and setbacks because he had experienced both and that’s why he built for both. Last night, we saw races Republicans once won handily by double digits come down to the thinnest of margins, and in some cases, flip entirely. Democratic socialist candidates made the cost of gas, groceries, and housing the center of their campaigns. And voters responded at the ballot box. A rising stock market doesn’t mean much when nearly half of Americans don’t have a 401K and just want to put gas in their trucks, put food on the table, and provide a good life for their families. But every time socialism has tried it has failed, because socialism concentrates economic power in the hands of the government instead of trusting individuals to build prosperity for themselves and their families. That’s fundamentally at odds with the free enterprise, individual liberty, and opportunity at the heart of the American experiment. We can disagree with the solutions voters were offered while still recognizing why they were looking elsewhere for answers. Exit polls clearly showed that the American people are concerned about the state of the economy and the war in Iran. This isn’t a surprise to us because we’ve heard the same concerns from our students around the country for months and we’ve been concerned about it too. The biggest mistake conservatives can make right now would be to allow this moment to become another exercise in finger-pointing, in-fighting, or trying to secure their own political preservation. That does not solve the problems the American people are demanding be solved. Turning Point was born out of a moment just like this following the Obama era, which was itself a reaction to the political frustration of the early 2000’s. Our history reminds us that moments of disappointment can actually be moments of renewal and infinite opportunity. Americans are not looking for labels and don’t subscribe to unquestioned party loyalty anymore either. They will support the candidates who can both speak to their concerns and deliver on what THEY need and dream about for their families. And those needs are the same as they have always been: an affordable home, safe communities, and the hope that the next generation will inherit a country with more opportunity than the last generation did. That is what the American dream has promised to all of us. I miss Charlie so much every single day, but especially on a day like today. He always said that when things are going well, we need to stay humble. And when things aren’t going the way we want, we need to stay positive, keep our faith, and get back to work. That’s exactly what we’re doing over at Turning Point today. We are going to listen, study the results, and spend the next two years making the case for how conservative, free market solutions, and a renewed focus on our country’s founding principles can address the problems the American people face. And we’re going to keep building the permanent infrastructure Charlie envisioned, strengthening our relationships in communities across the country, and preparing for 2028 and beyond. If you woke up feeling discouraged today, there’s more important work to do than ever. Our principles haven’t changed and neither has our mission. To every staff member, student, volunteer, and ballot chaser who gave their time and energy to this mission this cycle, thank you. I know Charlie would be unbelievably proud of each and every one of you, and I am, too. Onward. 🇺🇸

Today, no country can be truly safe without strong drone systems and electronic warfare. This is not just about war. It’s about protecting borders. Keeping the seas safe. Protecting territorial waters and exclusive economic zones. For every country. It’s also about protecting difficult areas – mountains, forests, and places that are hard to control. And these technologies can also help save lives during natural disasters. Drones can do all of this. They can watch, protect, and stop criminals or enemies. And modern electronic warfare systems are just as important. In Ukraine, we have learned how to do this. We are ready to share our experience, our technology, and the systems we have developed. We have a format called “Drone Deals.” And I invite every country that wants more security to join us. From an address at the 30th Ibero-American Summit. (2/3)

Russians are using “shahed” drones and missiles to hit even the energy equipment that our nuclear power plants depend on. Every power plant in Ukraine has been damaged in one way or another by Russian attacks. We need transformers, and power cables, modern electrical equipment, and different generators – both diesel and gas. We know that companies in Spain and Latin America can help with this. We are interested in transformers from Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia, power cables from Chile, and electrical equipment, cables, and generators from Spain. We need equipment that works with our power grid. And we need it fast. So please, help us work directly with your companies and get these supplies to Ukraine as quickly as possible. So let’s make it happen. From an address at the 30th Ibero-American Summit. (3/3)

Essence of this video from current congressman, former operator, Eli Crane: - Many concerned Americans are contacting me (him), asking if reported continuity of government plans should have them scurrying for the basement, stockpiling food, water, ammo, energy... To ALLAY those fears, he declares: - He is privy to info we aren't (duh); - He's had private discussions "at the White House" and even personally with "Secretary of War," Zionist Bobo Pete Hegseth, who has been coordinating further war plans with his masters in Tel Aviv (when not busy expunging smart, resisting American patriots from the Pentagon); - "discussions & plans" of this sort are ongoing, and have been for "a long time"; - Domestic military bases will be "fine", self-sufficient, operational; - So, too, our elected overlords; - FAILS entirely to address the safety, watering, feeding of the civilian population. Or, their life-essential energy needs. Comforted now, Serf? Again, addressing your basic needs and those of your loved ones is entirely your responsibility. As it always has been. But, hey, April 15 is just around the corner...

🚨BREAKING: The Republican Women’s Caucus Fund has been unmasked as the force behind the fake Texas Transgender Student Union (TTSU). This Wyoming LLC, formed in September, flooded as many as 3 million Texas mailboxes and phones with texts and brochures just as early voting began for the midterms. Posing as a trans advocacy outfit, the materials—addressed to the children of registered voters—coached minors on seeking gender-affirming care even against parents’ wishes, pursuing emancipation, going out-of-state for hormones or surgery, and finding a “found family.” They copied branding from the real Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) and used a near-identical address. Legal filings named the Republican Women’s Caucus and “John Braun”—the name of a Washington state senator whose campaign treasurer, Paul Kilgore, also handles finances for the RWC Fund and PACs supporting Ken Paxton’s Senate bid against Democrat James Talarico. TTSU’s lawyer is former Paxton assistant AG Chris Hilton. TENT sued, claiming harassment, threats, and operational harm. Judge Jan Soifer ordered disclosure, rejecting free-speech secrecy claims. So, a Republican-linked group, with financial ties to Paxton-supporting PACs, mass-produced and distributed materials that impersonated a transgender student resource guide. In other words, the people who routinely accuse the transgender community of “indoctrinating” or targeting children, themselves produced and mailed the very content designed to look like that targeting—so parents would see it and react. Every Republican accusation is a confession.

  13. Libertarian Party✓@LPNational
Recent comments posted by the Libertarian Party of San Francisco regarding age of consent laws have understandably raised serious concerns, both within our party and among the public. Let me be absolutely clear, the Libertarian Party rejects the opposition to age of consent laws and unequivocally supports the protection of minors from sexual exploitation and abuse. Any suggestion that our principles require otherwise is a fundamental misrepresentation of Libertarianism. Consent is foundational to Libertarianism. Without consent, there is no liberty. Our opposition to the initiation of force and fraud is rooted in a simple principle: every individual has the right to control their own body and their own choices. But meaningful consent requires more than the absence of physical force. It requires the capacity to understand what is being agreed to, the information necessary to make an informed decision, and the freedom to say no without coercion or manipulation. A person who lacks the capacity to meaningfully consent cannot simply be declared a willing participant. And minor children do not have the mental capacity for meaningful consent. Our national platform is explicit. Section 1.4, addressing personal relationships, states: "Consenting adults should be free to choose their own sexual practices and personal relationships." Adults. Consenting adults. Those words matter. Our platform also recognizes the rights of children to be free from abuse and neglect. Those protections are entirely consistent with our commitment to individual liberty. Children possess individual rights, and protecting those rights from exploitation and abuse is a responsibility we cannot abandon. Whether it is a drone strike on a school or hospital, powerful and politically connected predators being shielded from accountability, children trapped in failing government schools, or politicians and bureaucrats overriding the medical decisions of families and their healthcare providers, the Libertarian Party has consistently condemned the systemic harm inflicted on children by governments at all levels. A child harmed by a predator deserves justice. A child harmed by government deserves that same justice. The non-aggression principle is not a loophole for predators. It is a commitment to protecting people from them. I reject any suggestion that the Libertarian Party's principles require us to oppose the protection of minors from sexual exploitation. Such a position does not represent the national Libertarian Party or the principles expressed in our platform. I also recognize and respect the authority of the Libertarian Party of California to determine how best to address the statements and actions of its San Francisco county affiliate. I trust that its leadership will take these concerns seriously and address them through its established processes. The national party should respect that organizational authority while remaining unequivocal about our own principles. Liberty belongs to everyone, including those who cannot yet defend it for themselves. Our responsibility is to ensure that their rights are respected, and those who violate them are held accountable. In Liberty, Evan McMahon Chair - Libertarian National Committee

MEDIA STATEMENT | South African government responsible for AGOA crisis – Lex Libertas Lex Libertas holds the South African government responsible for the reported decision by the United States to exclude South Africa from the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). The South African government knew that this was a possibility. President Cyril Ramaphosa even warned that the country should prepare for the consequences. Yet the government failed to take reasonable steps to prevent this outcome. These steps included addressing American concerns about incitement to violence against minorities, protecting property rights and promoting free-market policies. Instead, the government continued to prioritise its political ideology over the economic interests of the citizens of South Africa. 'This is shameful. The government anticipated the consequences of its decisions but chose not to address their causes,' said Dr Ernst Roets, Executive Director of Lex Libertas. According to Lex Libertas, the AGOA crisis illustrates a deeper structural problem: South Africa’s highly centralised political system has become detached from realities at community level and shields those in power from the consequences of their decisions. 'A political system in which ideological commitments consistently outweigh the interests of the people it governs, and in which political leaders are not held accountable for the consequences, is not sustainable. South Africa needs fundamental constitutional reform based on decentralisation and self-governance,' Roets concluded.

🚨 MAJOR MEDIA CENSORSHIP EXPOSED: President Trump was set to address the nation. ABC, NBC, and CBS refused to air it, claiming “the President lies.” They then criticized a speech the public never got to see firsthand. But award-winning reporters Catherine Herridge & John Solomon confirmed the President’s info was correct. Why the blackout? Networks violated the public interest under the Communications Act of 1934. Without America, thousands and thousands more Ukrainians would have been killed by Russian strikes. And millions more would have become refugees. That’s why we always thank America. And we mean it. Even when we say thank you many times in one speech. Just to make sure those who sometimes feel we haven’t thanked them enough can hear us. But we also know that without Europe, Ukraine would not have survived. Without Germany and other European countries, without the EU. The Russians would have burned down far more of our cities and villages if it were not for your help. From the address at the Berlin Security Conference. (2/3)

James Talarico responds to AOC calling woke 1.0 crazy, policing people's language is performative politics, and it stops you from building a coalition “I do think that there was a rise in performative politics in people who are more concerned about using the right words, usually determined by academia” “Those are unifying values that we all agree on.” “But when you start policing people's language, when you start judging people because they're not up on the right terminology, you're no longer building a coalition to address those real problems” “you're performing a kind of politics that's about your own intellectual and emotional needs and not about actually making change.” w/ @jamestalarico
