The #FreeAct incentivizes states to have MORE conservatorships. It has no oversight. No accountability. No way to help get out of a cship. No way to terminate one. But gives $260 million for federally funded human ownership.

How about this federal bill? If a person doesn’t qualify for disability, they don’t qualify for a CONservatorship. The #freeact does nothing to guard against fraudulent conservatorships. In fact, it financially incentivizes them.
