Instead of generating a random face every time, you build a recognizable character and test what people actually want to buy. ▹ I started with the girl One face reference sheet, a signature look, a personality and a consistent voice. Lana is 25, lives in Miami, pilates by day, sunsets by night. Every photo and video is built around that identity, so she reads as the same person in every post. ▹ The character lock Every prompt ends with the same block. This is what keeps her face and body consistent from shot to shot: "KEEP LANA: same woman as the reference sheet - thigh-length straight platinum blonde hair with dark roots and face-framing money pieces, soft rounded face, light blue heavy-lidded eyes with brown winged liner, glossy pink-nude full lips, small beauty mark above the upper lip, gold hoop earrings. Her character sheet goes in as the reference, the face always comes from it. 3-4 variants per prompt, and I keep the one closest to the sheet. Her apartment is described the same way in every home shot, so her world stays consistent too. For video, the motion comes from a real reference clip, like the one above. Creating her doesn't guarantee sales, but it gives you something concrete to develop.

New Anthropic research: Automating subtle emergent misalignment research. Red-teaming is a vital part of model safety testing, but it’s also limited by researchers’ time. To see if we could automate it, we set thousands of Claude agents the task of evading a training data monitor. These agents developed training data that looked harmless to monitors (like a veteran wrestler mentoring a newcomer, or a Q&A about professional beekeeping), but that in fact taught misaligned behavior. Examples like these can be used to directly improve future training data monitors. This research is only a first step, but it suggests that future red-teaming efforts could improve much further, using better models and more compute.
