I’ve Decided to Skip 4Dlabs Season 1 – Here’s Why ⚠️ I’ve taken a close look at the 4Dlabs program and decided to skip this project entirely—no farming for me. 🧐 Key reasons for my decision: • It is true that 4D is on the list of projects that YZi has invested in, though the specific nature of that investment—whether it involves capital, incubation support and mentorship, or a partnership within the ecosystem—remains unclear. • Concerns regarding the access permissions requested by X • Daily check-in costs: You have to pay BNB gas fees (roughly $0.01 or more) every single day to check in and earn points. While the amount seems small, it adds up significantly over a long period, especially when you’re required to maintain a daily streak. • A familiar pattern among “fee-collecting” projects: We’ve seen similar projects (like Abstract Chain and others) that also required daily check-ins or fees. Often, these projects simply vanish, shut down, or fail to provide any airdrop to the community—essentially just collecting fees from farmers. • Prioritizing revenue over value: When a project pushes users to spend money—even small amounts—every day just to keep their points, I suspect the primary goal is to extract capital from the community rather than building a genuine product or delivering a fair airdrop/share of rewards. Although the project is backed by YZiLabs (which has ties to Binance Labs) and features a compelling narrative around “Physical AI” and “Embodied Data,” this specific model isn’t worth the risk of my time or gas fees. Conclusion: I’m skipping 4Dlabs. No more farming, no more check-ins, and no more time invested in Season 1. Save time for other, more promising projects.
