ADS-B data shows a steep uncontrolled descent from about 8,750 ft at over -32,000 fpm. It struck a tree, downed power lines, and created a large fireball and crater. Multiple fatalities reported; authorities treating it as a mass-casualty incident. Cause under investigation.
