I’m often asked about the impact of Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on digital transformation of overall government services considering the #singlewindow for trade specifically covers the cross border trade ecosystem. And I always respond by pointing out how the single window principles (business process reengineering, electronic processing, data/process standardisation, stakeholder consultation) are increasingly being adopted by the public sector in Pakistan. Glad and a little bit proud to see CEO PSW included in the committee constituted by the Honorable Prime Minister for improving #easeofdoingbusiness and the notification specifically mentioning #psw as an aspirational model for the new investment portal.
