去年这时候开始上班，起初以为自己坚持不下来，毕竟好些年没咋正经工作了，何况还是一个新的国家。但我竟然熬过来了。 刚工作的时候，我有好多问题。 比如，为什么啥东西都要做成表格？ 需求是Excel，设计是Excel，测试是Excel，测试证据还是Excel。 一个软件项目从设计到交付，全能归拢在sheet里。 明明有更科学、更高效、更容易的工具，为什么不用呢。 又比如一些简单的数据处理，Python几分钟就能解决，却非得用祖传COBOL写上一大堆数据定义……何况大家都知道这东西不好维护。 以及，为啥某些系统传输文件还在用FTP，这跟裸奔有啥区别？ 以为是自己的日语不够好，没能理解业务逻辑，也不能完美地把想法表达出来。 但干了一年，慢慢悟了： 这里比我厉害比我资深的程序员多了去了，人家都没发表看法，我一个初来乍到的外国人有啥资格指手画脚。 入乡随俗就好了。 只是AI时代下，科技已经开始加速了。 可以选择不改变。 但外面的时代并不会因为你不想改变，就停下来等你。 所以说COBOL好啊，得学啊。
