Join @DawnLlewellyn @DawnLouiseLlewellyn #TRSChester 'In Conversation: On Childlessness' with @siobhan_jolley at @UoMReligion 28th Nov, Hybrid (just follow the info to get the link!) All Welcome

Solidarity with my #TRSchester colleagues. The #academic study of #religions is vital in our globalized and diverse world! #AcademicTwitter I've signed the Open Letter in Support of the Department of Theology & Religious Studies, University of Chester:

In this blog, #TRSChester student, Jack, talks about his own experiences at @UoChester and shares some excellent advice for new and prospective students starting university!

Every Wednesday we're sharing some #TRSChester highlights of 2023-2024! Here's staff and students hogging the mike at the karaoke night organised by our brilliant #TRSSociety @uoctrssoc (Thanks to Sophie for sending in the photos!)

Here at #TRSChester and @uochester we're celebrating International Recovery Day, Mon 30th September by lighting the Chapel in purple! #InternationalRecoveryDay Find out more at: #RecoveryPledge

As well as it being important to study diverse traditions this also helps #EduqasALevelRS students make links between “suffering God” & “female God” in Theme 3 & Liberation Theology in Theme 4. Making links can help you access higher grades. #ALevelREWebinar #TRSChester @LMS_PRE

Super excited for this! #trschester #alevelRSwebinars

Catching up with the #ALevelRSWebinars produced by @TRSChester. First on my list is "Can God suffer and does it help?" by @BenFulford1

@josephkinnaird @TRSChester @BenFulford1 We’ve just had a workshop session where this great talk was brought up again. Made links between the womanist perspective presented here and those discussed by @hannahbacon_h this week. Thankful to Chester for the way they’re enriching student discourse

@RSPhil_kedst @josephkinnaird @BenFulford1 @hannahbacon_h Awww, thank you ! @TRSChester #TRSChester are so pleased (and you are such great supporters of our Department!) @uochester Can I use some of these endorsements in a blog post I'm putting together about the series?

A brilliant blog by one of our @trschester students @uochester on starting university and his experiences of #TRSChester

In this blog, #TRSChester student, Jack, talks about his own experiences at @UoChester and shares some excellent advice for new and prospective students starting university!

Thankyou @TRSChester and @BenFulford1 for a fantastic webinar on “Does God suffer”? I am genuinely excited about teaching these topics to yr12 with a new range of modern diverse voices. These lectures remind my how much I love my subject. #ALevelREWebinar #TRSChester

@TRSChester was amazing whilst I did my undergrad there (i wouldnt be where i am without them) and are still amazing now with the amount they are doing for the subject for schools and teachers! @uochester i am saddened that you are undervaluing the subjects :( #trschester

Don't worry if #Clearing #Clearing2024 feels a bit stressful and confusing, @uochester here to help! Info: Or call one of our friendly advisers: UK 01244 567470 International +44 (0) 1244 512465 #TRSChester staff can talk you through our degrees, too!

If God suffers does that mean he changes & how does it fit with Biblical teachings about God being the same now & forever. For Moltmann there is a real change in God who is involved in history.God is affected by as well as affecting the world. #ALevelREWebinar #TRSChester @LMS_PRE

Thank you @RevAnthonyLS for your wonderful paper and session sharing your insights into your #DProf experiences! #TRSChester @uochester @ChesterCath

What does worshipping a crucified God mean for your worship? Does it help? Great opening question from today’s all addressed in the #EduqasALevelRS #TRSChester #ALevelREWebinar @LMS_PRE

Another great evalution point on Moltmann. Delores S. Williams says that by linking compassion and an experience of suffering are we legitimising the suffering of others including black women? #TRSChester #EduqasALevelRS #ALevelREWebinar @LMS_PRE

Matthew Collins shows the range of the ways God has been depicted in film. @TRSChester #trschester

Well deserved; #TRSChester do the best schools outreach for RS in the business.

.@X @Support I'm just a university academic, standing in front of a #socialmedia giant, asking for help - for the gazzillionth time - to reinstate @TRSChester #TRSChester account so we can continue to use this platform for all the things that @X promises ...
