Over the last 48 hours, the Tensor $TNSR timeline has turned into one of the clearest case studies in how insider advantage, information asymmetry and silent power structures still dominate crypto. The difference today is simple: onchain data leaves fingerprints, and those fingerprints tell a story that is impossible to ignore. Here is the full picture, backed by verifiable facts, onchain records and public statements as of November 22, 2025. .......... 🔺 1. The Coinbase–Tensor Deal: On November 21, 2025, Coinbase announced it was acquiring an onchain trading platform built by Tensor Labs. This came shortly after the Tensor Foundation acquired the Tensor Marketplace and Tensorians NFTs. No mention of $TNSR token holders. .......... 🔺 2. The 400-800 percent Price Explosion Before the Announcement: This is where things get strange: $TNSR, a token that had barely moved for months, suddenly exploded from roughly $0.04 to $0.30 in the 24-48 hours before the Coinbase announcement. The surge hit during one of the weakest market periods of the year. Low liquidity. Low activity. Red everywhere. Except $TNSR Aggressive buying. Accelerating volume. Concentrated wallets. These are onchain facts, not speculation. .......... 🔺3. Immediate Crash After the News: When the announcement went public, $TNSR did not continue upward. It dumped roughly 40 percent. Retail holders who bought during the unexplained surge were instantly underwater. Tensorians NFT holders, many of whom expected alignment with the deal, received nothing. .......... 🔺4. Insider Trading Allegations Public, Documented and Onchain: Moonrock Capital founder Simon Dedic publicly raised insider concerns, pointing directly to the timing and behavior around the acquisition. We then uncovered something worse: A wallet linked to the Tensor Treasury accumulated $TNSR days before the announcement, then sold roughly 725000 tokens at the peak. Documented profit: approximately $156000. Documented ROI: approximately 740 percent. These numbers are onchain, not theorised. .......... 🔺 5. The Single Wallet Used for Multiple Insider Actions: We and other onchain sleuths also identified a wallet reportedly controlled by a Tensor employee. Timeline, as reported: • Bought $TNSR before the announcement • Sold into the surge • Sent profits directly to Coinbase A Coinbase employee is now reviewing the wallet, according to public reports. .......... 🔺6. Dangerous Token Distribution After the surge, chain analytics showed a concentration risk: The top 10 wallets control roughly 68 percent of the entire supply. Supply controlled. Highly concentrated. Highly illiquid. Highly volatile. In other words: one whale decision away from catastrophic movement. .......... 🔺7. Silence From Tensor and Silence From Coinbase: As of today, neither organisation has acknowledged the allegations. Not the surge. Not the dump. Not the onchain findings. Not the Treasury wallet’s activity. Crypto is decentralised until accountability is required. ......... 🔺 8. Influencers and KOLs: The Strange Silence One of the most telling signals is not what was said. It is what wasn’t. Most major Solana influencers stayed quiet. A large number of the loudest voices in the ecosystem were investors in Tensor, or received equity upside from the deal. Others fear losing future access, partnerships, or “deal flow” from Coinbase. This pattern mirrors previous events where some KOLs publicly platformed celebrity rug pulls on Spaces without consequences. .......... 🔺 9. The Bigger Pattern: Governance Vacuum on Solana. This is not just about one token. This is about a recurring structural problem: • unclear governance rules • insider information leaking before big moves • tokens pumping before listings or acquisitions • silence from influential figures • retail left holding the bag This same criticism was raised during previous Coinbase listing cycles, including the first $TNSR listing in April 2024.
