Suppose price is a resistance in daily time frame, & U r trading in 5 min TF. In 5min, same price can be seen as at support at times. Now, if u trade this on long side, Odds of success is too less as daily TF is bearish Always align ur trade with higher TF trend

#ICT #잡썰 #TimeFrame #타임프레임_연계 오늘은 애석하게도 카지노(?)가 휴장인 관계로 남는 시간에 ICT 관련 글을 하나 써볼까 한다. 무엇을 쓸까 고민하다가 간단하면서도 ICT의 최대 장점 중 하나인 타임프레임 연계에 대한 내용을 써볼까 한다. 누구나 강조하듯 차트는 프랙탈이다. 큰 구조로 보나 작은 구조로 보나 비슷한 PA가 반복되어 나타난다. 심지어 우리는 그걸 패턴화 시켜 매매에 활용하기도 한다. 다만, ICT는 Pattern Trading을 '지양'하기 때문에 특정 패턴을 공부하기 보다는 타임프레임 연계를 통해 분석부터 진입까지 그 프랙탈을 프로세스 또는 시스템화 하여 매매에 활용한다. 예를 들어, 러프하게 설명하면 이런 식이다. (1) Daily Chart를 봤더니 상승하던 가격이 드디어 내가 눈여겨 보던 Daily PDA(예 : Old high/Low, fvg나 OB 등) 구간에 도착했다. (2) 나는 여기서 가격이 하락할 것을 예상하고, 숏 셋업을 찾아 보려고 한다. (3) 타임프레임을 h1으로 drop down해서 가격을 관찰한다. 1시간 봉에서 가격은 아주 좋은 PA를 보여주면서 Breaker Block을 만들고 하락한 모습이 나왔다. (4) 나는 가격이 되돌림하여 h1-breaker block 자리로 온다면 이때 숏 포지션을 진입할 계획을 세운다. 그리고 가격이 h1-breaker block까지 오기를 기다렸고, 드디어 가격이 h1-breaker block으로 왔다. (5) 이제 나는 숏 엔트리를 잡기 위해 타임프레임을 m5로 이동한다. 이때 h1-breaker block에서 무조건 엔트리를 잡는 것이 아니라 아래 그림과 같은 ICT 엔트리 모델 중 하나 혹은 본인 만의 엔트리 기준에 부합하는 PA가 나왔을 때, 비로서 엔트리를 넣어 숏 포지션에 진입한다. 쉽게 말하면 타임프레임 연계를 통해 Daily Key Level에서 나온 h1의 하락 구조가 h1 Key Level에서 m5로 똑같이 반복될 때 엔트리를 잡는다고 볼 수 있다. 이게 기본적인 ICT의 타임프레임 연계를 통한 분석부터 엔트리까지의 어프로치라 할 수 있다. 나는 이 프로세스를 아주 좋아할 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 개인적으로 다른 매매법과 비교해 봤을 때 ICT의 최대 강점이 아닐까 생각한다. 이걸 잘만 활용한다면 분석부터 엔트리까지 반복 수행 할 수 있는 하나의 정교한 프로세스로도 정립할 수 있고, 쓸데없는 매매를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 좀 더 확률 높은 셋업을 잡아 볼 수 있다. 아래 차트 역시 h1-m5 타임프레임 연계를 통해 진행했던 실제 매매 기록이다. 이러한 타임프레임 연계에도 일정한 기준이 있는데, 그 기준은 다음과 같다. Weekly - H4 - m15 (엔트리) Daily - H1 - m5 (엔트리) H4 - m15 -m1 (엔트리) 설명하는 사람마다 조금씩 차이는 있지만, 보통 타임프레임 연계 기준은 이 조합이 가장 널리 이용된다고 보면 된다. (참고로 만약 본인이 데이트레이더라면 h4/h1 레벨에서의 PDA를 잘 체크하는 것이 중요하고 여기서 탑다운하여 엔트리를 찾는 프로세스가 좀 더 효과적이다!) 물론 어느 정도 경험이 쌓이면 꼭 저 기준만이 아니라 트레이더 역량에 따라 타임프레임 연계 방식도 유연하게 사용할 수 있다. 다만, ICT를 처음 접하는 경우라면 우선 저 기준으로 타임프레임을 연계해서 Bias와 마켓 구조를 보고 엔트리 진입하는 순으로 연습하는 것이 가장 좋다. 그런 프로세스를 본인의 시스템으로 만들어 일관되게 실행한다면 FOMO를 최대한 피하면서 보다 확률 높은 트레이딩을 할 수 있게 될 가능성이 높아지지 않을까 한다. 물론 아무리 분석을 하고 프로세스에 따라 포지션을 잡았다 하더라도 가격은 언제든 다시 위로 확 가버리거나 아래로 냅다 꽂아 버릴 수도 있다. 그러나 본인의 기준과 프로세스에 따라 매매를 했다면 설령 손실이 난다 하더라도 나는 그게 절대 bad trade는 아니라고 생각한다. 진짜 bad trade는 근거 없는 매매, fomo에 의한 매매가 아닐까 한다.
