While working on the frontend of my final project @Web3Bridge cohort X, it was required that users set future dates on the blockchain. Converting human-readable dates from datetime input fields to Unix time for smart contract calls proved to be a challenging task.

This library streamlines the conversion of datetime input values to Unix time. Additionally, it facilitates the conversion of Unix time to an object comprising the day, month, year, date, dateTime, and time. You can easily destructure this object to access these values.
