When should I use Docker/Kubernetes? I'm building an app for criminal justice reform. The goal is to read a paper form that includes checkboxes and handwriting. My app is in JS, but using 3rd Party Cloud Vision API and OpenCV to read the checkboxes. Unsure how I'll run both.

More context: The app is to hold the NYC DA's office accountable for bail requests. We have a hundred volunteers who'll use their phones to take pictures of paper forms because phones/laptops aren't allowed in courtrooms.
