🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran has been rebuilding its missiles through the US blockade the whole time, using 5,000 secret military front agencies nobody had spotted What a Reuters investigation with risk firm 240 Analytics found: -More than 5,000 agencies all named “MOD” plus a number, all registered at the same Tehran address as Iran’s Defense Ministry, used to import at least $2 billion in military hardware since January 2025 -One agency alone, MOD 346428, brought in $2.3 billion in 18 months: rocket fuel chemicals, explosives, aircraft engine parts, 435 Iveco trucks and thousands of Toyotas used as missile launchers and drone haulers -97% of the deals were settled with no money crossing a border, paid by diaspora frontmen using cash already held abroad -Imports dropped 47% the month after the war began, then climbed back to $77 million by May, arriving by ship across the Caspian from Russia, by truck from Central Asia and by cargo plane from China -$7.6 million in Russian detonators since 2025, the last batch in June; 93 tonnes of Chinese titanium for missile bodies landed 19 days before the war -886 tonnes of Chinese rocket fuel chemicals hit Bandar Abbas in early 2025, and three days after the last shipment the port exploded, killing at least 70 -$27 million of goods recorded as coming from the UAE, the same country Iran was firing at, plus $34 million in Iveco trucks listed as shipped from the EU -An Iveco truck blown up in a CENTCOM strike video from March is the same model this network imported -Reuters found no evidence any of the 5,000 agencies has ever been sanctioned by a Western government Treasury says it’s “10 steps ahead,” but this network kept trucks, detonators and rocket fuel flowing through every month of the war. That’s the hole in the “short, intense” strike planned for after the midterms. Bombing launchers buys time, and this pipeline replaces them through routes the naval blockade never touches. Until Washington sanctions these fronts and squeezes the Caspian and Central Asian supply lines, Iran rebuilds whatever gets destroyed and the US fights this war again next summer.
