He has a duty to recuse himself. Effectively, this is a case of the Chief Judge of @fcthighcourt asking & allowing the Wike family to pick & choose their own safe pair of judicial hands on the bench of the court. It is a judicial comfort guarantee. No matter how anyone looks at it, this creates an assurance of a pre-determined outcome. Courts are not meant to function like this.
