In the "If I'm Not Around" mini video, I originally wanted to feature VTubers/OCs for the crowd. My plan was to draw them first, namely @maraevantree, @TinyCritterRika, @YourMizukiToo, and @raku_vt, then ask for their permission whether they'd agree to it. However, several factors made me not go with this plan, so I had to come up with random designs instead. (sad) You can find more drawings and behind-the-scenes on my Patreon:

herdr-projects v2 is out - rebranded as shepherdr 🧙 think of it like claude duet, but made for developers shepherdr is a mission control for @herdrdev, rebuilt as a gui webapp you run from your phone, tablet or desktop how v2 works: → every project is a space with its own coordinator - just chat with it and it turns what you say into tasks → each task gets its own agent - claude, codex, pi, etc. - in its own worktree and branch → when it's done, a second agent reviews it, and it merges on its own (or waits for your yes) → when an agent needs you, a card pops up in the chat - answer it right there, even from the space's coordinator → run agents across all your machines, from one place, private on your tailnet → or just talk to it - voice calls are built in (with @ElevenLabs) → the killer feature imo: everything in shepherdr is a plugin. ask your agent to make any change, add your own crazy features, whatever you want - and it'll build it as a plugin. this allows you to make shepherdr completely yours, while also continuing getting updates. also in: coordinator autopilot, task automations (time and event based), artifacts, split view, built-in browser, pr/diff views, and much more upgrading from herdr-projects? run herdr plugin update herdr-projects - your old setup is backed up, never deleted, and 1.2.27 lives on in the legacy-herdr-projects branch new install: herdr plugin install eliasstravik/shepherdr repo: enjoy!

herdr-projects v1 is out - rewritten from scratch as a mission control for @herdrdev 🐏 heads up: it's a breaking change. want the old version? it lives on in the legacy branch and the v0.2.35 tag. how v1 works: → talk to one coordinator - say what needs doing, it turns it into tasks on a board → press tab and a task gets a worker agent - claude, codex or pi (more coming) → each worker builds in its own worktree and branch, kept up to date with main → when it's done, your checks run and a second agent reviews it - fails go straight back to the worker → the board shows what needs you, what's ready to approve and what's still working → you can jump in to steer agents in herdr anytime → board is available on your phone via herdr-web-ui also in: automations (schedule and event based), best-of-n, time and token limits, fallback agents, and much more install: herdr plugin install eliasstravik/herdr-projects on 0.2? run the same install - your old projects are set aside in ~/.herdr-projects-legacy, never deleted repo: enjoy!

New Crimson Desert Charting the Unknown DLC is finally here! Important Details: 🔹️Romance & Marriage 🔸️Reach 100 Trust via "Give Gift" / "Share Knowledge" ➔ "Seduce" ➔ fill Likeability meter ➔ "Propose". 🔸️Playable leads (Kliff, Oongka, Damiane) can romance and marry select NPCs. 🔸The four witches feature new faction quests to raise Trust & Likeability. 🔸️Spouses can follow you or live in your house (and yes, divorce is an option). 🔹️Shipbuilding & Ocean Questline 🔸️Unlocks after completing "Expanding the Camp" ("Gathered Will" / "Grounds of the Sunrise" Greymanes Faction quest). 🔸️Tutorial gives you your first small ship. 🔸️Medium/large ships can be built (cheaper, needs extra materials) or bought directly (Medium: 1.2M funds | Large: 6M funds). 🔹️Housing 🔸️Unlock Greymane Camp in the main quest "Howling Hill". 🔸️Complete Luke’s Request under "Grounds of the Sunrise". 🔹️Management Facilities 🔸️Unlocked after "Howling Hill"; look for "facility" icons on the map to rent/access strongholds. 🔸️Requires liberating the region and clearing the associated faction quest first. 🔹️New Combat: Garden of Trials 🔸️Complete the main questline to gain access. 🔸️Location: Axiom Archive Abyss (where you first meet Alustin) ➔ turn right before the stairs/door into the annex corridor. Huge thanks to Pearl Abyss for providing me a Review Copy of the DLC!

Someone with zero coding background shipped a game in 6 weeks with Claude Opus 5.5 and Godot, and the setup is worth copying line by line. The rule underneath all of it: one feature at a time, tested in the game, before the next one exists. Step 1 -> Opus 5.5 in Claude Code, opened inside the Godot project itself. Step 2 -> Build one feature, play it, adjust until it feels right, only then start the next. Step 3 -> Reference images in the game's style from Codex/Astra. Step 4 -> Every image prompt that works gets saved as JSON and fed into the next generation, so the style never drifts. Step 5 -> Big 3D assets in Tripo P2, built from those references. Step 6 -> Small props modeled in Blender, textured in Tripo with the same refs, which is the cheap route. Step 7 -> Animation in Cascadeur. Step 8 -> Every VFX and shader documented in Obsidian so the look holds across six weeks. Who does what: > Opus 5.5: most of the code. > Codex/Astra: references and assets. > Tripo P2: the big 3D models. > Godot: custom tools, headless scripts, the game itself. One JSON file of good prompts is the reason every character, monster and prop looks like it belongs in the same world. (Built by afterthewinddev, all credit there.)

I built an Ori-style platformer with GPT Image 2.5, Tripo and Claude Opus 5.5, and it runs on desktop and on a phone. The whole thing comes down to one rule. Make it exist first. Make it good after. What came out: a night storm, wrecked ships, piers, buoys, and one glowing giant you have to read before it hits you. The order: Step 1 -> Mood boards in GPT Image 2.5: storm, piers, wrecks, one boss that glows. Step 2 -> Tripo P2 turns the mockups into 3D: the giant, the ships, the piers, the buoys. Step 3 -> Blender cleanup: scale, pivots, low poly so a phone can hold 60 fps. Step 4 -> The hero stays 2D: a run, jump, attack sprite dropped into the 3D world. Step 5 -> Opus 5.5 writes the game: movement, jumps, camera, rain, water. Step 6 -> The boss gets one readable rule: the giant's light shows where the fist lands. Step 7 -> SFX and music from ElevenLabs, at the very end. Step 8 -> Deploy to Vercel, send the link, watch people die to the giant. The split: > GPT Image 2.5: every mood board. > Tripo + Blender: every model. > Opus 5.5: the code, the camera, the weather. > ElevenLabs: everything you hear. > Me: play the grey box and decide what stays. Ship the ugly version that works before you polish anything. A playable grey box beats a beautiful mockup every single time.
