#mobProgram

The difference really shows in teams the activley #pairProgram / #mobProgram & use #tdd as a technique. Comms, quality, feedback loops, productivity & thinking about how best to deliver working software regulary is just on another level. One can only experience this to know

Today's #GirlsWhoCode activity lacked complete requirements so we got to #mobprogram and figure it out together. It was actually a great experience for the girls! Concept we covered was Design Build Test, rather fitting! #WomenWhoCode #mentoring

DHH wants to act like this is about crypto and politics, but it's not. It's about his influence on the Rails community. They're not even kicking him out of the conference. They just want him to share the spotlight with the numerous people who are part of Rails's success.

@ChaelCodes That sounds like a positive. How can the community #mobprogram with the other core contributors? Like off the top of my head I cant think who they are. I wanna try rails 7 with someone

"It's a real shame that this is the world we find ourselves in now. One so sharply divided by politics and ideology that we can't even share the love of Ruby on Rails together at a conference without a need to settle scores."
