We have updated the #MobProgramming book, and changed its name. I now call it "Software Teaming" (based on the idea from @AmyCEdmondson's book "Teaming") Here is a link to the new edition of the #SoftwareTeaming book available in Kindle or Paperback:

Done! Just told "A Story of Mob Programming, Testing and Everything" at #DDDEU. 📖 Hope it inspired people to give #MobProgramming a real try, experience this kind of whole team collaboration themselves and turn up the good! 🚀 (Also: biggest stage I've talked on so far. 💪😁)

It’s a hard perception to overcome—that productivity in software is a function of typing. They more people typing, the more productive. That’s one of the common, but fallacious, objections to #MobProgramming: there are too few people typing. Doesn’t work that way.
