The @PandaExpress online ordering system is fundamentally broken. Pickup time is 5:02. I get there right on time. Give my name. Watch as almost a dozen people come in, order and get their food before mine is ready at 5:18 What's the point of ordering online?

@Uber_Support @UberEats @Uber is just completely insane. Lol. How are they so not understanding like this? I'm ordering food, specific vegetables, it's on receipt. I received my order WITH vegetables I did not request, provide proof and they don't care AT all.

Though in Chinese such a statement wasn't made from a first person POV it was stated to the room as "no ordering (food/drink)!" Awkward in EN, so EN chose the most natural rebuke in the EN language.

Instead of ordering on Uber Eats or something I am asking my little brother to pick up food for me on his day off and bring it to me at work. I’ll pay for his meal too. Probably more expensive than ordering on a delivery service but it keeps the $ in the family lol
