It's not the plane that crashed in Florida. It Was a Missile. The Crater Is Not an Aircraft Crash Signature. The Vertical Drop Is Not Aerodynamic. The wreckage at #Cresthaven is not what a Learjet looks like when it hits the ground. An aircraft crash leaves a debris field along a forward trajectory. Wings shear off, the fuselage breaks along stress lines, the tail separates, and the wreckage scatters along the impact vector. The crater is shallow and elongated. What happened on Military Trail produced a near-vertical plunge and a massive crater with debris thrown over a wide radius. Governor DeSantis said it himself: "like a missile coming down." He was not using a figure of speech. He was describing the physical signature. The flight profile is the proof. The Learjet went from 35,000 feet to the ground in 76 seconds. Vertical speed exceeded 32,000 feet per minute. No Learjet 60 does that under pilot control. No Learjet 60 does that from a weather encounter. An overspeed dive of that rate requires the tail to be gone or the flight controls to be severed. That is what a proximity-fused warhead does. It does not need a direct hit. A detonation near the empennage shreds the horizontal stabiliser and the elevator. The aircraft pitches over instantly. The pilot has no authority left. The nose goes down and stays down. The battery was inside its engagement envelope when the aircraft entered. The Avenger systems were on a barge beside Mar-a-Lago and on the south side of Trump International Airport. The Learjet's descent path crossed directly over that second battery. The crew had a target descending into the protected zone at a dive-bombing rate. The Secret Service called the threat environment "heightened, real, and dynamic." That is the language of a weapons-tight posture. A crew that has been told the threat is real does not wait to identify a fast-moving target in degraded weather. It engages. The evidence that was removed is the evidence that would settle it. The flight-tracking and radar data for the Learjet disappeared from public tracking services within minutes. That is not a technical glitch. Tracking data does not vanish from multiple independent services simultaneously unless someone removes it. That data would show the transponder's last returns, the exact descent vector, and whether a NORAD radar track terminated at the same moment a launch was detected. It is gone. The NTSB is reconstructing the path from the wreckage. The digital record is sealed. The timing is the file nobody will open. Trump left Mar-a-Lago on Air Force One at 11:55 a.m. The aircraft went down at 12:50 p.m. Fifty-five minutes. The President was airborne. The air defence batteries were still deployed. The protection envelope was still active. The threat assessment was still live. Whoever was at that battery had no way of knowing the President had cleared the area. The posture was unchanged. The rules of engagement were unchanged. The gun was pointed at the sky. What the US government is hiding, named plainly. It is hiding that an American air defence system fired on a civilian aircraft inside US airspace. It is hiding that the system was deployed because Washington assessed that Iran or the Resistance Axis could strike the President's residence. It is hiding that the response to that assessment killed nine people on a Learjet. The cover story is weather. The cover story requires the public to believe that a Learjet entered a thunderstorm, lost control, and fell out of the sky at 32,000 feet per minute directly above a live air defence battery protecting the President. That is not a weather event. That is a firing event with a weather alibi. The bill. Nine dead. A crater on Military Trail. Six hundred residents evacuated. Two Avenger batteries on station. Radar data erased. A Governor who described a missile and then let the NTSB call it weather. The United States deployed missile systems to protect one man and killed nine people on a private jet. The investigation will examine the wreckage. It will not examine the battery. That is the decision that was made before the smoke cleared. The cover is not a mistake. It is the policy. The missile is the truth. The weather is the alibi.

Breaking: Trump to Pardon Snowden – The Deep State’s Nightmare Begins! It’s happening. President Donald J. Trump is preparing to issue a full and unconditional pardon for Edward Snowden. The man who sacrificed everything to expose the Deep State’s crimes is about to receive justice, and the corrupt establishment is PANICKING. This isn’t just about Snowden. This is a direct hit on the intelligence agencies that have abused their power for decades. The surveillance empire they built to control YOU is about to be laid bare. THE HERO WHO EXPOSED THEIR SPYING MACHINE Snowden revealed what they hoped would stay buried forever: The NSA was illegally spying on every American. Phone calls, emails, private messages—all intercepted, all stored, all without a warrant. This wasn’t about security. This was about CONTROL. A system designed to silence dissent and crush opposition. When Snowden blew the whistle, he wasn’t just exposing illegal surveillance. He was revealing the Deep State’s playbook. He showed how Big Tech—Google, Apple, Facebook—sold out their users, feeding private data to the intelligence agencies. And for that, they tried to DESTROY him. THE DEEP STATE’S WORST FEAR: TRUMP & SNOWDEN TOGETHER President Trump knows what Snowden exposed. He has felt the Deep State’s wrath firsthand. The fake Russia hoax. The endless witch hunts. The rigged election. The surveillance state wasn’t built to protect America—it was built to crush patriots like YOU. Trump’s pardon of Snowden isn’t just justice—it’s a direct declaration of war against the Deep State. This will force America to confront the reality of a corrupt system that spies, manipulates, and censors. WHAT A PARDON MEANS EXPOSING THE DEEP STATE’S CRIMES – The government’s illegal surveillance programs will be laid bare. HOLDING INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES ACCOUNTABLE – The FBI, CIA, and NSA will face the reckoning they deserve. DESTROYING BIG TECH’S CREDIBILITY – The companies that helped spy on you will be exposed. EMPOWERING WHISTLEBLOWERS – Patriots who reveal corruption will be PROTECTED, not persecuted. THE DEEP STATE IS PANICKING They fear this more than anything. They are already deploying their media puppets to smear Snowden and paint Trump’s pardon as “reckless.” They want you distracted, confused, and afraid. But it’s TOO LATE. The TRUTH is spreading. The PEOPLE are waking up. And the Deep State’s control is slipping away. TRUMP’S LEGACY: A PRESIDENT WHO FOUGHT FOR YOU By pardoning Snowden, Trump cements his legacy as the greatest defender of the Constitution in modern history. He’s proving once again that he fights for YOU, not the corrupt elites. This isn’t just about one man. This is about taking America back. The surveillance state will FALL. The Deep State will be EXPOSED. And freedom will rise again.

One day, people will trace almost every ill of our time back to a single root cause. Not capitalism. Not social media. Not AI. Something much gentler. Much nicer. An idea we've been taught as a moral given since the end of World War II: "Let's centralize, for the common good." That's social democracy. And it works in three stages. First, the intention. It's pure. Nobody wakes up wanting to ruin a country. People want to protect, equalize, secure. Who could be against that? Then, centralization. To do good at scale, you need a center that decides. A ministry, an agency, a regulation, a form. You take the decision away from the people who actually know, the doctor, the teacher, the founder, the mayor, the family, and hand it to people who see everything from above. Except from above, you see nothing. Hayek showed it in 1945: useful knowledge is dispersed, local, tacit. No bureau can aggregate it. The center decides blind. Finally, corruption. Not the envelope-under-the-table kind. A systemic corruption, far deeper. When the system fails, it never questions itself. Every failure becomes proof it needed more resources. Hospitals struggling? More budget, more layers. Schools falling behind? Another reform, run from even higher up. Housing shortage? More rules, more subsidies, which push prices up. Failure feeds the machine that produced it. And the machine changes its nature. It stops rewarding those who create value and starts rewarding those who capture it. The grant-application experts, the rents, the protected statuses, the lobbies. The people who decide never pay for their mistakes. Taleb calls it the absence of skin in the game. I call it the engine of decline. Look at France. Public spending at 57% of GDP, versus 49.5% on average in the EU. 43.6% of GDP taken in mandatory levies. Over €3.5 trillion in debt. And yet: hospitals at the breaking point, schools sliding, housing out of reach, and a country where nobody is happy. Not the people paying, not the people receiving. The paradox is complete: the more you spend, the more abandoned people feel. Because the money doesn't go to the service. It goes to the structure. Now connect the dots. Social anger? A promise that could never be kept. Brain drain? A country that punishes risk-takers. Collapse of trust in institutions? Institutions that promise everything and own nothing. Dependency? A system that needs you to need it. And globalism is the exact same mechanism at planetary scale. Not free trade, which is the opposite: millions of people exchanging without anyone's permission. I mean global governance. Same pure intention: peace, climate, safety. Same centralization: Brussels, Davos, supranational agencies, rules written thousands of miles from the people who live under them. Same corruption: every crisis becomes a reason to move more power up and further away from any voter. The national planner failed, so we built a bigger planner. One that's even blinder, and even harder to fire. Someone will say: "What about Sweden?" Exactly. Sweden nearly hit the wall in the early 90s, with public spending close to 70% of GDP. It got out by decentralizing: school vouchers, pension reform, competition inside public services. The Nordic model people sell you is a model that had the courage to reform itself. The worst enemy of freedom has never been the villain. It's the nice guy with a plan. The answer isn't to tear everything down. It's to give back. Give decisions back to the people closest to the ground. Give responsibility back to those who act. Give the right to fail back to those who build, and the duty to answer for results to those who spend. Subsidiarity over centralization. The builder over the planner. The 20th century believed the common good could be decreed from above. The 21st will rediscover that it's built from below.

  8. Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF)✓@internetfreedom
Delhi Police asks X to take down IFF's account and posts. IFF will challenge the notices in court unless they are withdrawn. The Delhi Police has asked X to remove the Internet Freedom Foundation's account, six of its posts, the accounts of SFLC and @geoblockedindia, and posts by 16 other users, on the ground that they defame the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The posts document and comment on a legal notice sent in the RSS's name to IFF, SFLC and @geoblockedindia, which demanded that the three stop criticising and documenting government blocking orders. IFF received copies of the two police notices from X on the morning of 3 November 2026. IFF calls on the Delhi Police to withdraw both notices. If they are not withdrawn, IFF will challenge them in court. What has happened On 29 October 2026 at 9:54 PM, IFF, SFLC and the operator of @geoblockedindia received a two-page "legal notice" said to be issued on behalf of the RSS. It asked the three to stop opposing the government's blocking directions, stop documenting restricted content, stop posting details of geo-blocked posts, and confirm in writing within seven days that they would comply. It was signed by an unnamed "Authorised Signatory". Several RSS office-bearers have since said on X that the notice is not authentic. IFF replied to the notice, wrote to the RSS at its official address asking whether it had authorised it, and published both the notice and its reply on 30 October. On 31 October 2026 at 8:06 PM, the Special Commissioner of Police (Crime), Delhi Police, filed an "Illegal Content Report" with X (reference LD-321926). It listed two posts: IFF's post of 30 October on the notice, and SFLC post of the same day. The stated reason was that the posts are "defamatory towards the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh under Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023". The boxes for "safety/security", "defamation" and "other" were ticked. The fields for the nature of the court order and court order details were left empty. The desired action was "Remove/withhold content". On 1 November 2026, a second notice arrived in the RSS's name. It said the matter had been handed to the Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, that complaints had been filed in several states, and that requests had been made to block IFF's X account and suspend the organisations. The Delhi Police had made its first request to X the previous evening. IFF did not know this until X told it on 3 November. On 2 November 2026 at 8:51 AM, the Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) filed a second notice with X (reference LD-322956). It lists 40 URLs. Thirty-seven are posts. Three are the entire accounts of @internetfreedom, @SFLCin and @geoblockedindia. This time the boxes for "Hate speech", "defamation", "safety/security", "enforcement of court order" and "other" were all ticked. The court order fields were again left empty. The stated reason reads: "The posts constitute defamation and illegal content under Section 356 BNS. Under Rule 3(1)(d) of the IT Rules, 2021, read with Section 79(3)(b) IT Act, lawful notices require action within 3 hours." The 16 other users are @ProdctiveUseful, @PanjwaniManoj, @jidge_, @RatanSharda55, @baxiabhishek, @SchrdingersDbag, @ashleshbiradar, @seemay, @NasirHussainINC, @Being_creat_ive, @AjoyDharmavaram, @othlaw, @_ananyaaa, @AimPoojaind, @incorigibleBhai and @rraoind. Their posts, as far as IFF can tell, comment on the notice or on the notice about it. X forwarded both notice to IFF on 3 November 2026, at 8:47 AM and 10:03 AM, saying it was doing so "in the interest of transparency" and that IFF may wish to seek legal counsel and challenge the request in court. X's emails do not say that it has acted on the requests. The Delhi Police has not written to IFF, and no court has been approached, as far as the reports disclose. SFLC and @geoblockedindia have separately reported notifications from X about requests from the Uttar Pradesh Police, the Telangana Police and the Delhi Police's Cyber Crime unit, one of them against the whole of the @geoblockedindia account. IFF's position IFF condemns this legal action. A police force has made itself the enforcement arm of a private legal notice whose authenticity the organisation it names has not confirmed, and whose demand was that three organisations stop documenting censorship. The notices would deliver exactly what the notice asked for as they would also remove the accounts of the three groups in India that keep public records of what is blocked, and of who ordered it. The posts in question are about a legal notice sent to us. They quote it, criticise how it was drafted, and say that we will carry on with our work. A person who receives a threat is entitled to publish it and answer it and that is not defamation of the sender. In the three weeks before the first notice, IFF assisted 86 people whose accounts were suspended or whose posts were withheld in India. SFLC's Free Speech Tracker recorded about 268 content restrictions and 83 account restrictions in the first 29 days of October. @geoblockedindia publishes the orders behind such blocks when platforms disclose them. None of this is unlawful. Documenting censorship and challenging it in court is what the Constitution expects of citizens. IFF will not delete the posts. If the Delhi Police does not withdraw the notices, we will challenge them in court. Why the reports are unlawful Defamation is not a police matter. Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is a non-cognizable and bailable offence. Under Section 222 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, no court can take cognizance of it except on a complaint by the person aggrieved. Under Section 174 of the BNSS, the police cannot investigate a non-cognizable offence without an order of a Magistrate. The Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) is not the person aggrieved. The notices disclose no complaint by the RSS and no order of any Magistrate. Whether a statement is defamatory is for a court to decide after hearing its author, with the defences of truth, fair comment and good faith available to that author. In Subramanian Swamy v. Union of India, (2016) 7 SCC 221, the Supreme Court upheld criminal defamation on the strength of these safeguards. A police officer who asks a platform to remove speech as defamatory has decided the question himself, without a complainant, a court or a hearing. The posts are protected comment. Exceptions 1 to 3 to Section 356(1) protect the truth published for the public good, opinion on the public conduct of public servants, and opinion on the conduct of any person touching a public question. The posts publish a notice that was sent to us and give our opinion of it. The RSS, if it sent the notice, chose to enter a public question. If it did not, the posts defame no one. Further, Section 79(3)(b) and Rule 3(1)(d) do not permit this. In Shreya Singhal v. Union of India, (2015) 5 SCC 1, the Supreme Court read down Section 79(3)(b) so that an intermediary acquires "actual knowledge" only through a court order, or a notification from the appropriate government or its agency that unlawful acts relatable to Article 19(2) are being committed. The court said that it would be difficult for intermediaries to judge the legitimacy of the millions of requests they receive, and that the burden must not be placed on them. Rule 3(1)(d), as amended in November 2025 and February 2026, now requires the intimation to come from an officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary or Deputy Inspector General, to be reasoned, and to specify the legal basis and the nature of the unlawful act, subject to a monthly review by a Secretary-level officer. The three-hour window the notice invokes applies to a lawful order that meets these conditions. A web form that ticks "hate speech" and "enforcement of court order" while leaving the court order fields blank, and that gives one sentence of reasons for 40 URLs, is not such an order. The notices by the Delhi Police are disproportionate. They seek to remove three accounts in their entirety, with years of posts, over six, four and eleven posts respectively. They sweep in 16 third parties whose only connection is that they commented on a public controversy. In Anuradha Bhasin v. Union of India, (2020) 3 SCC 637, the Supreme Court held that any restriction on speech must be necessary, proportionate and the least restrictive measure available, and that orders restricting speech must be published and reasoned. Removing an organisation's entire account for criticising a legal notice fails each of these tests. The effect is to silence documentation of censorship and providing legal aid to Indian internet users. The accounts named are those that record blocking orders in India. The notice asked them to stop. A takedown request that accomplishes the demand of an anonymous private notice is not law enforcement. It is the use of state power for a private end, which Article 14 forbids. Our demands 1. To the Delhi Police: Withdraw reports LD-321926 and LD-322956 and confirm the withdrawal in writing to X and to IFF. 2. To the Delhi Police: Disclose the complaint on which the Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) acted, the authority under which the reports were filed, and whether any order of a Magistrate under Section 174 BNSS exists. Disclose every request made to any platform in this matter, including those made by the Cyber Crime unit against @geoblockedindia. 3. To X: Do not act on the reports. If any content is withheld in India, tell the affected user before acting, give them the full request, and name the legal basis. Publish both reports to the Lumen database, as the reporting form itself contemplates. 4. To the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and the Ministry of Home Affairs: Have the Secretary-level review required by Rule 3(1)(d) examine these intimations, and tell police forces that Rule 3(1)(d) is not a remedy for defamation, which the law reserves to the person aggrieved and to the courts. 5. To the RSS: State publicly whether it authorised either notice or any complaint to the police. If it did not, say so to the Delhi Police. If the notices are not withdrawn, IFF will challenge them in court. We will continue to document blocking orders, to publish them, and to provide legal assistance to anyone whose account or post is withheld in India. Nothing in these notices changes that.

🚨 🎙️Zlatan Ibrahimovic On the Death of Jesús de Miguel and incident that caused the death of the 30-year old CD Tenerife striker; 🗣️"Look, first of all, rest in peace to Jesús de Miguel. Condolences to his family and to Tenerife. But let’s not talk around it—let’s call it what it is. You don't go flying into a challenge like that in the middle of the pitch. Never. People want to talk about 'intent,' but when you go with that kind of force, that kind of recklessness, you take the risk into your own hands. The goalkeeper Jesus Owono made a horrible, unnecessary tackle, and he has to take responsibility for it. Football is not a war, and the pitch is not a battlefield where you hunt people down. Sergio Ramos, Pepe—they played hard, yes, but there is a massive difference between playing with passion and playing stupidly, endangering a colleague's life. Now a young man's career, his life, is gone because of one reckless moment. It is a sad day for football. Protect the players, have some common sense, and let's stop accepting these dangerous challenges. Rest well, Miguel." #RIPJesusDeMiguel #CDTenerife #fcandorra #Jesusowono

🚨 🎙️ Pep Guardiola Reacts To the Death of Jesús de Miguel nd incident that caused the death of the 30-year old CD Tenerife striker; 🗣️ "First of all, my deepest condolences to the family of Jesús de Miguel, to everyone at CD Tenerife, and to all of Spanish football. It is heartbreaking. A tragedy. We won’t blame the goalkeeper, Jesús Owono, because it was never his intention to hurt anyone. He is a professional doing his job, and I am sure he is suffering terribly right now. But we have to reflect and teach players that football is not a do or die affair. These are the kind of aggressive tackles we used to see, the ones Sergio Ramos and Pepe were cheered on for at Real Madrid—when defenders go into challenges crossing the line. You don't play a football match like a war. Football is meant to be enjoyed, not played to cause pain or put a colleague's life at risk. It’s so sad that Miguel lost his life this way, and his whole career came to an end just because of one incident. We must protect the players. So, to the family and the entire CD Tenerife, our thoughts are with you. Rest in peace, Jesús."

☢️ HOW TO SURVIVE A NUCLEAR BLAST: THE FULL CHECKLIST Nobody wants to need this. But knowing it takes 2 minutes, and panic takes none. 📌 Stock up before (aim for 30 days): • Rice, pasta, beans, canned food • At least 4 L (about 1 gallon) of water per person per day • First aid kit + medicines • Battery or hand-crank radio, flashlight, spare batteries • Power bank • Soap, gloves, masks, trash bags • Blankets + spare clothes for everyone 🏠 Pick your shelter now: A brick or concrete building. The basement, or the middle of the building. Away from windows. ☢️ If it happens: 1. See the flash? Drop face down. Protect your head and neck. 2. After the shock wave, get into the nearest solid building. You may have 10 minutes or more before fallout arrives. 3. Close windows and doors. Turn off fans and A/C. 4. Take off your outer clothes and seal them in a bag. This removes up to 90% of the radioactive dust. 5. Shower with soap and shampoo. NO CONDITIONER. 6. Stay inside at least 24–48 hours, until officials say it is safe. 7. Follow the radio and official announcements. Fallout fades fast: about 10x weaker after 7 hours, 100x after 49 hours. GET INSIDE.
