    I once reinvented a SaaS because "I'm not paying $75/mo for 150 lines of code and a cron job." It took 3 years to eventually complete it. Yes, it now works the way I want it but when it breaks, guess who has to fix it. #realProgrammer

    For those looking to getting into keynotes, here's the quick way to write them. 1: Post a good idea, wait for someone to disagree with you. (even in parody) 2: write 10k words about how that person was just WRONG! 3: BOOM! Keynote. :D

    @CalEvans As employees, our managers don't understand HOW and don't like us asking WHY. You just get earmarked as not the "can do" or "go to" person. Our most successful staff just say yes and get on with it even though there's obvious flaws. I'm seen as obstructive.
