@amirahbnb: I think I’m finally finding the words for what happened at the 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞
@worldbex 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. 💜
What we created was more than a competition. We created a stage where 𝟐𝟎 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝. Seeing their projects come alive in front of industry leaders and the community reminded me why I continue doing this work: sometimes talented people don’t need another lesson, they simply need someone to open a door and give them a platform.
And none of this happened because of one person.
To WORLDBEX and thank you for opening that door for us. Last year,
@museigen_io helped bring
@cryptitaplays to the 𝐖𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐄 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞. This year, you trusted us enough to bring our own builders with us. That full-circle moment is something I will never forget.
To
@gnclubofficial , our co-organizer, thank you for building this with us. To
@bitget #Blockchain4Youth &
#Blockchain4HER PH, thank you for continuously believing in education, young builders, and the communities we serve. To
@cjcrace @CJC_PH , our Official Gaming Partner, thank you for bringing another layer of fun and experience to our booth and our attendees.
To our 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences. To our 𝐣𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬, thank you for giving your time, expertise, and thoughtful feedback to every project. To our 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬, thank you for helping us reach more people and giving our builders the visibility they deserve.
To our 𝟐𝟎 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬, thank you for trusting this first Builder Showcase with your projects. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐔𝐒𝐕; 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐮𝐩, 𝐕𝐢𝐝-𝐔; 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐮𝐩, 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐚. This stage may be finished, but I hope this is only the beginning of where your projects will go.
To our 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧𝟒𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬/𝐎𝐉𝐓𝐬, 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦, 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐄 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦, thank you for every task you handled, every problem you solved, every photo and video you captured, every builder you assisted, and every little thing you did behind the scenes. People may not always see that part, but I did. You made this happen.
And to the entire 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦, thank you for staying with me through the planning, pressure, changes, late nights, and everything in between. I know how much work happened before anyone ever saw that stage.
𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙮, 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙, 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙨, 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙, 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙁27, 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧, 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙅𝘾 𝙍𝘼𝘾𝙀, 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙛𝙛, 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪.
I always say that 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭, but yesterday reminded me that the real bridge has always been 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.
We gave builders a stage.
The community showed up.
And together, we made it matter.
𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐨. 💜
This one is definitely for the books. 💜
