I'm standing up to Trump because he's breaking the law and harming the people of Minnesota. And because, to be frank, it pisses me off to see someone trying to bully Minnesotans.

Agents of the Trump administration shot and killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti on the streets of Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge — and the Trump administration has still not released all the evidence surrounding their deaths. I’m fighting in federal court to get them to release it. Alex Pretti’s parents’ plea today for transparency and justice moved me and should move every Minnesotan. I will not be deterred in my pursuit of the truth, justice, and accountability that the families of Alex Pretti and Renee Good deserve.

This land is your land. This land is my land. And the future of Minnesota belongs to ALL of us. Get out and vote on or before November 3rd:

Gun safety is on the ballot. Glock knows their pistols can easily be converted into illegal machine guns, yet they refuse to change their design, so I'm suing them. Converted Glocks pose a serious danger to the people of Minnesota and especially to law enforcement. My opponent, Ron Schutz, would end that lawsuit and make Minnesota less safe if he wins.

8 days left, Minnesota. Time to knock doors, make calls, and most importantly, vote! Find a volunteer shift at and head to to find your polling place and make a plan to vote on or before November 3.

Stealing from programs meant to feed children and support vulnerable Minnesotans is an attack on our communities and our public trust. I’m using every tool available to hold fraudsters accountable and recover taxpayer dollars.

We lost Paul Wellstone 24 years ago today. Paul was a tremendous leader who reminded us what it means to stand up to corporate power and stand with our fellow Minnesotans. So, when they try to divide us, remember that we all do better when we all do better.

Trump's Operation Metro Surge brought pain, fear, and suffering to people throughout Minnesota. I stepped up to defend Minnesotans from that reckoning and retribution. Ron Schutz wouldn't have, and that's disqualifying.
