My book, "The Family Dynamic" is out tomorrow! It  explores families with exceptionally high-achieving siblings. I was interested in learning how parents inspire kids to dream big.

As I reported, I realized I'd also have to explore the costs of ambition, success and competition. It's not a how-to guide, but this book holds takeaways that I think will help parents reflect thoughtfully about what they want for their children, and why. #TheFamilyDynamic

Many thanks to the team of people--@ilenasilverman, @rachelposer, @lufong, and @liamiller--who helped bring this piece about a Palestinian and an Israeli peace activist to publication--and many thanks to audionarrator Kirsten Potter for giving it voice.

It's their job to clear a path for reconciliation among Palestinians and Israelis. Hearing the challenges of how they manage to work together was edifying, at times dispiriting, and ultimately, inspiring.
