    The shooter in the Bend, Oregon elementary school shooting is identified as John C Griffin. The gun used was purchased by his mother, Shauntai May Nickerson for his birthday next month. Griffin had previously been enrolled in specialized program at the school for students experiencing intensive behavioral and social skills challenges…and his mother bought him a double-barrel pump action shotgun for his birthday. She needs to be in prison.
