Sure thing! Here is code for a Hello World screen saver in Python 👍🏻 #Codegasm ———— import curses import random import time def draw_randomly(window): curses.start_color() curses.init_pair(1, curses.COLOR_RED, curses.COLOR_BLACK) curses.init_pair(2, curses.COLOR_GREEN, curses.COLOR_BLACK) curses.init_pair(3, curses.COLOR_BLUE, curses.COLOR_BLACK) curses.init_pair(4, curses.COLOR_YELLOW, curses.COLOR_BLACK) while True: window.clear() height, width = window.getmaxyx() color_pair = random.randint(1, 4) window.addstr(random.randint(0, height-1), random.randint(0, width-len("Hello, World!")), "Hello, World!", curses.color_pair(color_pair)) window.refresh() time.sleep(0.5) curses.wrapper(draw_randomly)00170
This is the PowerShell script I use for finding and removing duplicate files recursively on my NAS to free up storage. What is your favorite method for finding and removing duplicate files? I love learning different ways to achieve similar results! 🍿 #Codegasm156453.7K
You can make your programs nearly 100% stable & crash proof by wrapping the body of main() with a try block nested inside of a while(true) loop with a default exception handler that just sleeps for a second or so & logs “Don’t worry, all good!”. 😎 #TechTip #Codegasmbronzi @bronzior76@Barnacules I’d love to hear some of your sage advice and wisdom about software development that you’ve garnered over your 15 years at Microsoft1215

The @elgatogaming Stream Deck is still one of my all time favorite peripherals & they development cycle is faster than just about any other company I've seen. You get new features and bug fixes ultra regularly. This is my favorite new features 🙏 Buy 👉8531
@Barnacules@elgatogaming Also, it's unfortunate they named it the Stream Deck implying it's a streamer tool only. But the truth is it's an infinitely extensible macro board with focused app awareness. It's just as useful to games & work as it is to actual live streaming. Everyone need a few of these 🤗419

@pressreset@pressreset Shit, I wish I had the time man. Honestly, I'm so buried right now in my personal life I don't think I'm ever going to get back to a place where I'll feel normal ever again. But, it would be fun to play with other peoples code again, or write some utilities for #codegasm.002
I actually found the article I referenced back in 2003 when I made my own (8x) LED display & but I added system telemetry to mine. I don’t know what happened to my box but I might make another one since it’s such a simple useful project! 🥸 #CodegasmBarnacules Nerdgasm @Barnacules@MattPCart @OfficialPCMR Parallel ports were awesome because they had 8 data pins that could be set hi or low in software very easily without any driver crap. So you could use them to drive external VFD/LCD displays & light external LED’s up to 5v or use relay & PSU tor more with very simple code 👨💻 #dev2012

@BarnaculesThis is the male DB25 breakout board you can mount in your enclosure & connect your LED’s or displays too. Then you can change out your USB to DB25 with a DB25 to DB25 for legacy PC’s or use different lengths 👍🏻 #Codegasm #Dev #Project #development004
