hey now that there is a bunch of new @OpenAI people who will be wielding their Design Sense and Product Thinking to rise to the top of the "head of product" pile here are a bunch of things that need fixing in codex - thread organization - search performance - native orchestrator threads (i swear if you say "dots") - dots i guess - the bug where i have a dot avatar but i click edit avatar and it defaults me back to a gray hole - the haunted settings pages - tons of polish (so many nits and sharp edges) - the fact that i make a site and then immediately you ask me to login with chatgpt as the first preview - connector experience - memory / disk space management - the models k thx

Bad news for ChatGPT users: starting in December, Plus, Pro and Business limits will be shared across ChatGPT and Codex. OpenAI quietly updated its help page. Usage will now be measured in tokens, so bigger models and harder tasks burn through your allowance faster. Only Instant chat stays free of the limit. Hit the cap and you wait, upgrade or buy credits. Heavy Codex users may feel this one.
