In Bengal, 93% of the ration card holders have completed e-KYC, in Uttar Pradesh 73.2%, Gujarat 72.9%, and a mere 34% in Maharashtra. Further, over 99% of Bengal's ration beneficiaries are Aadhaar biometric authenticated, whereas in Arunachal Pradesh it is just 10% and in Uttarakhand only 67%.
