Pretty wild to go from having to take the MCAT twice and barely getting into a Med school to graduating magna cum laude. I remember my self-doubt the night before my first day of classes. Honestly, proud of myself. #firstgen

So, I got promoted to Reader(senior Assoc Prof). It feels weird to be happy these days, but it was such ride! I started as a #firstgen with poor English. After 2 kids, 2 countries, 2 tenure processes, a few storms, I am where I wanted to be. Thanks to those who believed in me!
