My latest capture - the Cocoon Nebula. It's a combination reflection, emission, and dark nebula located in the constellation Cygnus, approximately 2,500 to 4,000 light-years from Earth. I captured it with my RASA telescope, color camera, using broadband and narrowband filters.

I agree with you, Darrell. I hope this is a wake-up call to believers and followers. The leadership elected is a direct reflection of our values and behaviors. We're not bold enough for Christ and our leadership reflects our lukewarmness.

After taking some time to pray about and digest the election results which, admittedly, were not the ones I'd hoped for, I have to admit there's a part of me that's not disappointed that the results were what they were. For if the opposite had come to pass, perhaps—I said perhaps—I, and many of my fellow Christian conservatives, might have been tempted to glory in ourselves and in our own efforts and accomplishments, instead of directing that glory to Whom it was due—and is due still. God has ways of (re)orienting our affections in the proper direction (Psalm 115:1). Just my thoughts.
