RWA 缺的往往不是资产，是把资产卖给真金白银的能力 需要融资的企业很多。Private Credit、贸易融资、稳定币资金也不稀缺。真正卡住的，常常是中间那一段：谁来筛资产、控风险，再把产品分销给真实资金方。两边不会自动对上——资产质量怎么判断、条款怎么写、投资者能不能看懂风险，这些都要有人做。 过去几年大家更爱聊「怎么上链」。链上壳子越来越容易搭，下一阶段更刺眼的问题其实是：产品做出来以后，到底卖给谁？有没有稳定的分销通道，把合规产品送到愿意出钱的人手上。分销做不起来，Tokenization 再漂亮也只是库存。 顺着这条线去看 @ZIGFinance ，结构大致是： Originators → ZIG Markets → Distributors / Investors 左侧是发票融资、贸易融资、支付融资、Private Credit 这类真实需求；右侧是机构与渠道资金。中间要完成结构化、风控匹配，以及把产品真正卖出去。 我挑三个合作讲作用，不铺 Logo： 1）Zamanat：目标约 $100M 的 Private Credit Fund，ZIG Markets 担任 Distribution Agent。我更在意的是它有没有走进分销环节——资产和资金中间有没有人在干活。目标规模最终能募多少、部署多少，还要看后面执行；但角色本身已经说明，它想做的是生意中间那一层，而不只是提供一条链。 2）WLFI 用 ZIG Finance 部署 USD1，先切跨境支付融资。稳定币先落进真实融资场景，才可能长出收入。官方也用过一组对照：跨境支付体量约 $44T，链上稳定币结算仍只是其中很小一块；汇出机构要在目的地预留本地货币头寸，资金大多还来自银行和自有资产负债表。ZIG Markets 在 Concrete 的 USD1 RWA Vault 里做的，就是把 onchain 资金接到这类预融资需求上：Stablecoin → 真实融资 → 可能的收入。 3）Laser Digital（Nomura-backed）已投资 $ZIG，偏机构资金与风险框架这一侧。有分销，也要有愿意按机构标准进场的钱；否则产品架在空中，飞轮转不起来。 分销如果跑得通，业务收入里会有一部分拿去公开市场买 $ZIG。公开已知四次买入约 103.86万 / 113.07万 / 185万 / 135万枚，累计约 5.37M $ZIG。买入规模是 discretionary，关键仍是业务扩大时，回购能不能跟着放大，而不是盯着单次买了多少。观察顺序可以压成：Capital Deployed → Product Scale → Revenue → $ZIG Buybacks。 一句话收束：AUM 是规模，Revenue 是生意，Token Capture 才是持币者该盯的。 我会继续看这条链有没有在变长：资产端有没有持续进来、分销端有没有人真正买、资金有没有部署出去，再回头对收入和买入记录。分销先立住，后面的收入回流才有讨论基础。 $ZIG #ZIG #ZIGFinance #RWA

$44 trillion crosses borders every year. Only 0.31% settles onchain. To pay out in minutes, money transfer operators pre-fund cash in the destination country. That capital comes mostly from banks and their own balance sheets. ZIG Markets connects onchain capital to that need. It funds a payout, is repaid at settlement, then funds the next. We're already doing this with @ConcreteXYZ's USD1 RWA Vault.

Tokenization is accelerating. There are now over 360 onchain tokenized equity products, up +200% YTD. 10 of these products have exceeded $100 million in tokenized supply. As we saw this weekend, demand for 24/7 access to equities is rapidly expanding. In fact, the majority of volume in these tokenized products, at ~60%, is currently taking place outside of regular market hours. Today, onchain giant Jupiter, a leader in this space, reported a +215% quarter-over-quarter jump in tokenized equity trade count. We expect more record highs ahead in this space.
