qubibiRT @drmiminguyen: six days to Tokyo. the venue is a former capsule hotel. 8 floors, 8 days. @kimasendorf @mitchellfchan @goki_muramoto @qubibi06083
qubibiRT @notvalpor: "Magical" Door #54 by @qubibien. An interactive piece: you open and close the door, and behind it there is swirling light and music. The music is Schumann's Der Nussbaum, from a Grammophon recording of around 1928, now in the public domain. Generative art that you can knock on.01095
qubibiRT @notvalpor: In 2010 qubibi (@qubibien) found an algorithm while experimenting with how colours form and dissolve boundaries. He called it hello world, the phrase programmers use for a first contact between human and machine. Sixteen years later he is still talking to it. 🧵010100

A while ago I tried TikTok. Posted two clips of Through Tubes, We Now Are. Uninstalled it right away. …🚶♂️➡️ The other day I thought, hey, maybe I should try TikTok (completely forgot I already had). I opened it and found 2.2 million views. Likes and followers had piled up on their own. Wow😶🌫️ I'll just leave this here. Not sure yet if I'll post more. Speaking of Through Tubes, new work is coming at the end of the year. I'll let you know where.44391.8K

So beyond happy, thank you so much! 🥹✨Valpor.pups 🌍☮️🐌 @notvalporBack in 2021, when I first got into crypto and NFTs, I was immediately drawn to generative art, and to digital art in general, of an extraordinarily high quality. The first artists who caught my eye were @kimasendorf, with monogrid (still the one that got away), and @qubibien. Five years on, I'm grateful to every artist whose work I've had the chance to collect. Starting tomorrow, one post a day about a work, an artist or a collection that means something to me.11101.2K
