I'm a comic-book geek! I still live in the world of golden age and silver age comics. Besides the stories, it's the coloring method that pulls me into this world. The limitations they had back in the day were crazy. But those limitations turned the comic artists of those years into masters of color. Because they only had a few options to work with, not the thousands today's digital artists have. Good old print media! And today, I tried that approach on my fully digital tablet. I made these illustrations with the exact same method as golden age comics, but of course I added a pinch of Spacefull magic. Now I present my new profile picture, with Ben-Day dots, some pop-art feeling, and a razzle-dazzle of the universe we live in, through the eyes of Spacefullthoughts. More to come... (This is what I'm focused on nowadays—a dangerous path of pop art that masters like Roy Lichtenstein have walked before me). Enjoy XO
