Toyyib Adewale Adelodun✓

I grew up sleeping on a floor mat beside my dad in Mushin. Today, my story is on Forbes. Not because everything worked. But because I kept building when nothing did. Thank you Jodie Cook for the feature and for championing entrepreneurs who build against all odds. The internet changed the game for us. Gatekeepers only matter if you are waiting for permission. Please come out and show the world the value you have. I will be here teaching and supporting you. Share this to inspire someone. We are MARCHING to GREATNESS this month.🙏

RT @taadelodun: 2010: Working in a nightclub toilet after school. 2018: Working on Europe's biggest infrastructure project at the time. 2026: Inspiring post-16 students to believe in their potential. I still remember how devastated I was when I lost that nightclub job. It meant everything to me at the time. I cried because I couldn't see what would come next. If you are going through a difficult chapter right now, please keep going. You have not seen everything your life has to offer. One day, you will look back at the very things making you cry today and be thankful you didn't give up.

RT @taadelodun: Barclays plans to cut 5,000 jobs. Meanwhile, UK employers receive 141 applications for every graduate vacancy. It is becoming harder for young people to start their careers and for experienced workers to feel secure in theirs. For generations, education and experience were supposed to offer a pathway to economic security. What happens when neither feels like a guarantee anymore? In all of these, I want you to remember, The job market can determine the price of your skills. It cannot determine the worth of your life. You were valuable before you got that job. You are valuable while you are searching for one. And you will remain valuable even if the job market struggles to recognise it. Keep learning. Keep adapting. Keep showing up. Your circumstances may change, but your worth does not. Someone in your network may need this reminder today. Share it with them. ❤️
