Posts @techhallaThe workflow is ridiculously simple. First, chop your song up into 15-second chunks, and make sure each chunk starts one second before the previous one ends. Why? So when we animate everything, we’ve got a little extra at the beginning to work with and can stitch it all together properly. Next, we’ll need a reference image. Yep, just one. In this case, I used the one you see attached. And that’s pretty much everything we need! Now just use H3 Max on @Hailuo_AI Minimax Design to animate the clips. Take the 15-second audio reference and the image, then use a prompt like this one, with multiple shots to keep the clip dynamic, so there’s always something happening and, most importantly, everything stays perfectly synced to the vocals. 🗒️ Prompt: Multi-shot sequence with hard cuts between 5 distinct shots, 15 seconds total, continuing the same 1972 recording session. Authentic 16mm documentary footage inside a Detroit soul recording studio, cinéma vérité. The singer from [image_ref] (same face, flat slick pressed hair on top with huge round afro puffs on the sides, giant fluffy mutton-chop sideburns, burgundy velvet three-piece suit, ruffled tuxedo shirt, big bow tie, gold ring) sings the vocals of [audio_ref] from the very first second to the end, perfectly lip-synced word by word in every shot where his mouth is visible. His intensity grows shot by shot, building to a climax in the last shot. Handheld shoulder-mounted camera in every shot: slight wobble, small unplanned reframes, occasional focus hunting. Shot 1 (0-3s) extreme close-up of his mouth and giant sideburn right behind the ribbon microphone grille, singing softly and intimately. Shot 2 (3-6s) over-the-shoulder from behind him: the back of his head and the afro puffs in the foreground, the music stand with lyric sheets, and the control room glass beyond, where the engineer nods to the beat. Shot 3 (6-9s) medium shot from the side: he steps back from the mic and leans in again, his free hand pounding his chest to the rhythm, singing harder. Shot 4 (9-12s) handheld crash zoom from medium shot into a close-up of his face, sweat starting to shine on his forehead, singing with his eyes shut tight. Shot 5 (12-15s) low angle from below the mic: he throws his head back and belts the peak of [audio_ref] with his mouth wide open, veins on his neck, the afro puffs against the ceiling tiles, one hand reaching up and trembling. Look: real 1970s 16mm color negative film, warm tungsten studio light, slightly faded Eastman colors, natural fine film grain, soft contrast, gentle highlight bloom. Clean print: no scratches, no dust, no burns, no flicker, no light leaks, no frame jumps. Natural, unposed, believable. No modern elements, no text, no logos, no music video glamour. For this clip, I made 14 in total, and each one takes around 30 seconds to generate... insane! Hope you find it useful 🫡132846.7K- Show more posts
