RT @MBK_Alliance: When @vicblends pulls up to the Obama Presidential Center, you know it's going to be a real conversation! My Brother's Keeper Alliance participant, DaMarion, sat down in the master barber's chair at Home Court for an honest conversation about mental health, resilience, and what it really looks like to push through life's toughest moments. This is what MBK is about. Real people. Real stories. Real growth.

RT @ridethenews: Inside America's Military Capital (with @vicblends ) Fayetteville, North Carolina, is known to most as the home of America’s largest military base. We explored the city through the eyes of one of its hometown heroes, Vic Blends. What we found was a city that, in many ways, reflects America itself. 0:00 Intro 1:08 Vic Blends 2:09 Downtown Fayetteville 4:05 Demographic History 4:37 Vic’s Mural 5:17 The Military 6:10 Hope Mills 7:48 Superior Donuts 10:16 Barber School 12:13 Fayettenam 14:44 Vic’s Old Barbershop 16:17 Upper-Class Fayetteville 17:10 Rural Fayetteville 19:16 Pick-up Ball 21:10 Chasing a Dream

RT @cptdankkk: Barack Obama says Michael Jordan remains the GOAT and had a higher peak than LeBron James “I'm from Chicago and MJ remains the GOAT” “If you're just looking at let's say a 10 year slice, I would say that MJ's peak was higher than LeBron's” “I have to give credit to LeBron's longevity, and so they are both great in slightly different ways”

RT @PureStrikingHQ: Vic Blends throwing hands and testing his defensive geometry with UFC Featherweight Champion Ilia Topuria. Interesting 😅🔥

RT @Home_of_Fight: 😳🇺🇦 Ilia Topuria says Oleksandr Usyk would be one of the only high-level boxers to do well if they transitioned to MMA. “The way he moves, and I know he has a wrestling background. If he trains a good takedown defence, and he already has the hands, he would have success in the UFC.” (via @vicblends)

RT @pelunaton: Ilia Topuria nombra a los cuatro peleadores que en su opinión ocuparían el Monte Rushmore de las MMA 1. Jon Jones 2. Georges St-Pierre 3. Conor McGregor 4. Anderson Silva (vía YT DeepCut with VicBlends) #UFC #MMA

RT @DovySimuMMA: 🔥Ilia Topuria promises a pure striking fight vs Justin Gaethje “That's the same thing I'm planning to do with Justin, it's gonna be a pure striking fight. At least from my side." via @vicblends

RT @ChampRDS: Ilia Topuria's MMA Mount Rushmore: - Jon Jones - Georges St-Pierre - Conor McGregor - Anderson Silva (via @vicblends)

RT @ChampRDS: Ilia Topuria says he chooses not to use his wrestling because he wants to entertain the fans: "If I wanted, of course I can take [Gaethje] down and do whatever I want to him. But I really want to give the fans a show. With Max [Holloway] also, I could've taken him down, control him on the ground and submit him, but it wouldn't be as exciting as it was. That's the same thing I'm planning to do with Justin, it's gonna be a pure striking fight. At least from my side." (via @vicblends)

New podcast episode with Ilia Topuria out now 👀🔥💈

RT @SoaRGaming: we got VicBlends back on mw2 🔥

Haircuts 100% clear a mans face, can’t explain it, it just does

RT @ayekeeno: Unc from the Diamond Gym broke character and asked famous barber Vic Blends for a hug mid-workout, but Vic WAS NOT having it as Unc was putting him through hell 😭🤣 “we had an emotional bond upstairs, he gave me a cut for free and now he mad at me”

A reminder that you are going to make it on the other side of this storm
